This is a lovely rental, fresh, modern, comfortable & well appointed. All amenities are top notch, from the tiled shower and full bath, to the comfortable king mattress, kitchen appliances and washer / dryer. The outdoor patio, porch, sitting areas and hot tub are exceptional. For a 2BR / 2BA we believe 4 should rent at base price with zero added fees. That is our only concern, and we are grateful the host was accommodating to that request. Thank you kindly Ricardo!

Perfect rental! Everything I expected it to be and more!! Loved the quiet residential neighborhood. The outside area was beautiful and peaceful. A perfect way to relax after a day out in San Diego. My husband and I stayed for a little over a week. The home was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It was both in the center of everything and felt like a private oasis. Ricardo's place was fantastic. Location was super convenient. Walking distance to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Trader Joes and tons of great restaurants. Overall experience was great, I honestly would make this my stay every time I visited the area. only thing is beware of the strict rules, i understand they don’t want their property being disrespected and parties being thrown but for the price, they’re a tad bit strict on the amount of guests you can have over at a time or at least it seemed like it. We stayed 28 days at the villa. The inside and outside had been perfectly remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. The fenced in yard was private and secure. We cooked indoors and outdoors.
