Perfect rental! Everything I expected it to be and more!! Loved the quiet residential neighborhood. The outside area was beautiful and peaceful. A perfect way to relax after a day out in San Diego. The house was super clean and tidy with amenities like bottled water, laundry detergent, beach gear, towels, espresso, etc. to name a few. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again in a heart beat! Mahalo for the memories!

everything was clean, modern, great amenities, big kitchen, nice living room, spacious master bedroom, nice showers. Overall experience was great, I honestly would make this my stay every time I visited the area. only thing is beware of the strict rules, i understand they don’t want their property being disrespected and parties being thrown but for the price, they’re a tad bit strict on the amount of guests you can have over at a time or at least it seemed like it. I feel like as long as everyone is respectable and quiet, should all be good but would honestly come again. 8/10

Hillcrest Villa

We stayed 28 days at the villa. The inside and outside had been perfectly remodeled. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. The fenced in yard was private and secure. We cooked indoors and outdoors. Ricardo, our host, quickly answered any questions. Our reserved parking space was a huge plus. We highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend!

My husband and I stayed for a little over a week. The home was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It was both in the center of everything and felt like a private oasis. Everything was in immaculate condition and very clean. The property manager/owner was very friendly and responsive. Can’t beat the location. I could not recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

Good times in San Diego!

Ricardo's place was fantastic. Location was super convenient. Walking distance to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Trader Joes and tons of great restaurants. The space was clean and the outdoor space was lovely for chilling out. Easy trips downtown to Petco Park, La Joilla, Old Town and Mission Beach. We had good times in San Diego!

We loved our stay in this historic and walkable neighborhood. The yard is everything. The home is quite possibly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed - hotels included. Cozy and well equipped. The hot tub was the best part!

Birthday Getaway with Wife, Son, DIL and Grandson

This is a very nice two bath/bedroom house with large kitchen and living room, that is close to most main attractions and restaurants in San Diego! Plus, the outside area makes it even better with a private, tropical yard with a dining area and jacuzzi. I will book this again!
