New luxury villa classified **** in the Palmeraie of Marrakech, in a closed, guarded and secure residence, 20 minutes from the city center.
A driver will meet you at the airport to take you to your villa and drive you back at the end of your stay. Possibility to rent a car around 12 to 15 € / day
You will be away from the bustle of the souks and your family or friends will quickly feel at home.
This villa, with its garden and its private swimming pool, not overlooked (important), its patio with Roman pool, will allow you to relax.
This Villa is composed of 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for each bedroom and can accommodate 7 people plus a child cot.
Private pool in the garden not overlooked and private Roman pool for children on the patio.
Large communal pool 50m x 25m very quiet (closed from October 30 to April 1 for maintenance) contact us.

This Standing Villa classified 4 stars has been the subject of a very refined development by a French decorator.
There is not overlooked in the garden and on the 60 m2 terrace on the 1st floor. The Roman basin and the private swimming pool will allow you to relax and refresh yourself after a long sunbath.
There are five Golf courses nearby ....
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested upon arrival given back on departure if the villa complies with the inventory of fixtures.

vacances dans un havre de paix

Jolie Riad construit dans le respect de l'architecture locale . Maison confortable et conforme en tous points au descriptif . L'hôtel non terminé ,n'altère pas la qualité globale du domaine . Villa à conseiller, pour passer un agréable séjour au calme après des journées passées dans le tumulte de Marrakech.

Séjour dans un Havre de paix

Maison en tout point conforme a nos attentes Riad de construction récente mais réalisée dans le respect de l'architecture locale . Maison en dehors de du centre ville qui nous préserve une fois rentré du tumulte de ville .Séjour très agréable et reposant .L'hôtel non terminé dans le domaine n'est pas trop préjudiciable à la qualité globale du domaine . Je conseille cette location , expérience à réitérer .

Charmant séjour!

Nous venons de passer une merveilleuse semaine dans ce joli riad, très typique, propre et chaleureux! Jolie déco, agréable jardin et cuisine très bien équipée pour les français! Les chambres bénéficient d'une excellente literie! Bien situé à 20 mn du centre de Marrakech! en revanche, voiture indispensable! A recommander! Sabine L

Déçu

Villa magnifique, cependant l'environnement gâche tout. Le domaine dans lequel se trouve la villa n'est plus entretenu entièrement. Beaucoup de choses sont laissées à l'abandon. Un hôtel fantôme qui était en cours de construction. Une piscine qui n'est plus entretenue, très sale avec des trous de 2 mètres de profondeur au bord de l'eau car il y a eu des travaux de recherche de fuite. Très dangereux pour les enfants. Obligé de prendre sa voiture pour jeter les poubelles sur un terrain vague à 500 mètres du domaine car elles ne sont plus ramassées dans le domaine. Obligé de se priver de clim (alors qu'il y avait de très fortes températures) pour ne pas dépasser les 300 KwH établis par le contrat de location. Très largement sous évalué pour un séjour de 7 nuits et très regrettable. Bref, vacances pas comme on en rêve. Selon moi, cette villa n'est pas faite pour la location.

Nous sommes désolés pour ces désagréments, les jardiniers sont au nombre de quinze et trois gardiens 24 h/24 h gérés par une copropriété dynamique. Nous regrettons que l'Hôtel ne soit pas terminé. Il semblerait qu'il y ait un repreneur prochainement. La piscine a subi de gros travaux d' entretien en juin mais ils ont été retardés par le Ramadan. Les finitions seront terminées fin Septembre. La consommation de 300 KWH des clim pour un séjour de sept nuit a été calculée sur des moyennes prises sur deux ans pour la période (Juillet et Aout ). Vous avez consommé 247 KWH , donc inférieur au contrat.... Nous pensons que dans votre cas il serait préférable à l'avenir de réserver dans un Club ou un Hôtel. Cordialement

Vacances de rêve

Villa conforme au descriptif, très belle décoration, très agréable a vivre avec son jardin privé a l'abri des regards et le bassin romain judicieusement placé au centre de la villa, évitant d'aller a la piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la vue du premier étage sur l'Atlas est magnifique. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. C'est sur nous reviendrons!!!

Villa correspondant au descriptif. La maison est superbe, très agréable a vivre. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin privatif a l'abri des regards, et le bassin romain dans le patio central. Le domaine est très calme, facile d'accès. La décoration de la maison est magnifique et la vue depuis la terrasse du premier étage sur l'Atlas est a tomber!!! C'est sûr nous reviendrons!!!!

Très bien

Grande et très jolie maison décorée avec gout. Maison propre et agréable, conforme à la description. Dommage qu'elle soit un peu loin du centre et qu'il n'y ait pas de transat autour de la piscine. Véhicule obligatoire.
