Perfect Choice

Elena and her family were warm and welcoming. The house was just right for our needs in a fabulous position above the sea, a 3 minute descent. The bay was beautiful and characterful with a small center with bars and restaurants on the hill. It's a 20-30 min bus trip to Ponza .We had a dog travelling with us who was embraced as part of the family. Would very happily go back to this special place!

A wonderful spot!

This house is a five minute walk down the stairs to the beach, and the patio has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with and overall the house is cozy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings so it’s really only good for kids (and depending on their height they might bump their heads). You can walk to the nearby town in 20 minutes for groceries, or take the bus. We rented a boat for the day twice which was our favorite part of the trip (especially Palmarola!). Elena is a wonderful host!

Fantastische Lage "über" dem Strand

Die Wohnung bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht Cala Feola und den Hafen. Zum Strand geht es ein paar Stufen hinunter (in Ponza geht nichts ohne Treppen :-) ), so dass man entweder nur kurz zum schwimmen heruntergehen kann, oder den ganzen Tag am Strand verbringen und sich an der Strandbar oder dem Restaurant versorgen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet, wir sind mit 5 Personen sehr gut untergekommen. Die Temperatur ist in der Wohnung auch im Juli/August sehr angenehm geblieben, so dass wir die (sehr moderne, leise) Klimaanlage fast nicht gebraucht haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass man auch aufwändiger kochen könnte. Die Wohnung liegt ein bisschen abseits der Geschäfte und Restaurants (zum nächsten Geschäft ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß), mit dem Bus ist aber praktisch jeder Punkt der Insel sehr gut zu erreichen (ich würde auf jeden Fall den Spaziergang zu Punta Incenso empfehlen). Uns hat das viel besser gefallen als das Gewimmel an der Hafenpromenade in Ponza. Und das Beste ist natürlich die Gastgeberin! Elena war sehr zuvorkommend mit vielen Tipps und hat sich um einen ersten Einkauf gekümmert, der bei unserer Ankuft schon bereitstand. Da ich leider kein Italienisch spreche hatten wir sehr interessante und lustige Unterhaltungen mit Schulfranzösisch und Übersetzungsapps :-) Alles in allem ist Ponza ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort mit fantastischer Landschaft uns hervorragendem Essen, und ich würde diese Wohnung als Startpunkt empfehlen.

Fabulous location and host!!

Perfect for kids, the beach is just below the apartment where you can rent sun loungers and boats and there is a restaurant and bar!! The decor is sweet and homey and the house is clean and has a beautiful view. It is kept wonderfully cool at night and has air conditioning!! There is even a supermarket nearby that delivers. Elena is so sweet and thoughtful and we had a wonderful family vacation!!

Fabelhaft!

Malerisch gelegen mit bezaubernden Blick auf die Bucht. Auch ohne Auto problemlos mit dem Bus von Ponza-Hafen zu erreichen. Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La struttura è molto carina e a misura per quattro persone come eravamo noi. Molto bello il balcone a nostra disposizione con una vista fantastica. La zona è un po’ lontana dal porto ma raggiungibile in dieci minuti con il taxi o con il servizio navetta che ferma a pochi metri dalla struttura. La proprietaria Elena poi è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Peccato che siamo stati solo una settimana

Una bellissima vacanza

Una casa antica, molto bella, con terrazze sul mare che è pochi metri dalla proprietà.. Tutto molto curato e pulito i proprietari Elena e Gennaro sempre gentili, disponibili e premurosi. Torneremo senz'altro a Ponza e ritorneremo senz'altro da Elena e Gennaro.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio

Una location meravigliosa, (beh, gli scalini sono parte del fascino di Ponza!) ben posizionata nella parte piu' bella e tranquilla dell'isola. A meta' strada sulla scalinata che porta alla spiaggetta di Cala Feola, la casa e' un caratteristico e suggestivo ambiente nella roccia, completo di ogni servizio (avevamo persino il barbecue privato), confortevole e pulitissima, splendidamente tenuta. La vista dalla terrazza privata era magnifica, e dispiaceva quasi uscire di casa per andare a visitare l'isola. La spiaggia sottostante e' una delle pochissime di sabbia, molto ben tenuta, con bagnino, libera con la possibilita' di noleggiare ombrellone e lettini, bar e ristorante. Proprio di fronte ci sono le piscine naturali, raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti a piedi; la zona e' servita da un fornito bar e mini-supermarket, con prodotti freschi locali. Le Forna e' sempre a 10 minuti a piedi, una bella zona (meno turistica del porto) con molte altre spiagge e calette da visitare. Elena e suo marito sono stati meravigliosi e disponibili, cortesi e gentili - le tagliatelle all'ortica e il tonno sono stati dei magnifici assaggi per farci sentire a casa :-) Consigliatissima!

Con il mare davanti agli occhi ….

Deliziosa casa in stile ponzese, scavata nella vista sulla scogliera che incornicia la spiaggia di Cala Feola. La casa ha un terrazzo vista mare riparato dal sole da una stupenda bouganville, che dire … la colazione con questa vista non si può dimenticare! La casa è ben attrezzata, Elena e Gennaro sono stati hosts perfetti, accolgono e coccolano i loro ospiti facendoli innamorare dell’isola. In 3 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia, dove si trovano due bar e uno dei più rinomati ristoranti e si può noleggiare la barca e godersi ogni angolo dell’isola; con la navetta si raggiunge a qualsiasi ora il porto e quindi negozi, locali e vita notturna. Ci ritorneremo!

Ponza è stata davvero una bellissima scoperta: una perla della nostra Italia. Vacanza perfetta, sotto ogni punto di vista, ma ciò che l’ha resa davvero unica è stata la “casa sul mare di Elena e Gennaro”. Location magica: sembra di stare in una cartolina. Tutto curato nei dettagli, tutto a disposizione degli ospiti per farli sentire a casa. Per noi è stato come trascorrere una settimana con dei cari amici. Elena e Gennaro sono questo: amici speciali che ci hanno coccolato durante il nostro soggiorno. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, pulita e ordinata. Ritorneremo sicuramente per i tramonti indimenticabili, il mare trasparente, i delfini che nuotavano intorno al nostro gommone ma soprattutto per riabbracciare i nostri nuovo amici. Magic!

My husband and our 2 little girls (3 and 2 years old) have had the best summer ever. Elena and Genaro are really sweet and welcomed us warmly as part of their family. We really felt very comfortable and enjoyed a special time in the house and at Ponza. 2 dreamed weeks ! The house is comfortable and perfectly equiped and we could enjoy the terrace all day long because it is fresh even at lunch time. Its view on 'cala feola' is really beautifull. Everything is easy, calm and restfull. We enjoyed the beach every day and tasted all the good restaurants of Il forma. My husband went scubbadiving and enjoyed his time. To conclude, we warmly recommend the house ! Thank you very much Elena for everything ! Take care and see you soon ! Marie

Vacanza da sogno pur sentendosi sempre a casa!

Ponza è stata una scoperta incredibile: mare cristallino e scorci mozzafiato, non si può far altro che lasciarsi conquistare! La Casa sul Mare si inserisce perfettamente nel quadro: muri bianchi e appartamenti ricavati nella roccia, dettagli azzurri e terrazze in cui godersi la colazione prima di iniziare la giornata o una cenetta al tramonto. Posizione strategica, a pochi scalini da una delle poche spiagge dell'isola. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutto il necessario per rendere la vacanza gradevole, compresa la lavastoviglie. Ottima la pulizia. Elena e Gennaro condiscono il tutto con tanta simpatia e disponibilità!

I colori dell'estate

A metà settembre abbiamo chiuso l'estate con una vacanza nell'Isola di Ponza, che visitavamo per la prima volta. Elena e Gennaro affittano appartamenti con vista splendida, rifiniti e arredati con cura con il richiamo delle varie sfumature dell'azzurro che contrasta con il bianco dei muri; la pulizia e l'igiene infatti sono una caratteristica che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di servizi completi, compresa la possibilità di cucinare col barbecue. Impagabile la colazione sulla terrazza affacciata sul mare sotto un pergolato fiorito di buganvillea! Compresi nell'affitto abbiamo trovato disponibilità, simpatia e consigli preziosi dei padroni di casa per una vacanza varia e allegra: mare, sole e serate in compagnia. Pochi scalini e si scende alla spiaggia di Cala Feola con possibilità di noleggio di barche; la località Le Forna, presso cui si trova La Casa sul Mare, offre tutti i servizi, senza il disagio della congestione della zona del porto. Conclusione: una vacanza da non perdere!

Pour le dire d'un seul mot: une perle. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. Creusé dans un rocher, il est d'un charme unique, et soigné dans chaque détail. Sur la terrasse, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer. Quelques marches plus bas, une petite plage absolument adorable avec restaurant pratiquement pieds-dans l'eau à coté. Ayant déjà vu plusieurs îles, Ponza est à découvrir: vraiment belle, très bien entretenue, pas beaucoup de monde. L'accueil des propriétaires, Elena et Gennaro, vraiment chaleureux et hyper sympa, nous a fait vivre de beaux moments. N'hésitez pas allez-y, vous ne regretterez pas.

Zauberhaft schön!

Das Appartement hat genau unsern Geschmack getroffen und ist sogar mit Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ein Traum, die Nähe zum Meer, die Familie von Elena und Hund Lilli, rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder - Entspannung pur!

Una settimana da sogno!

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, posto ideale a Cala Feola. La vista dalla veranda dell'appartamento è spettacolare! L'accoglienza dei proprietari, Elena e Gennaro, unica! La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli e le mani esperte dei proprietari la rendono piacevolmente accogliente. Accoglienza super in una zona tranquilla

La casa si trova a Le Forna, il secondo centro dell'isola, meno turistico e meno frequentato del porto, e in particolare nella discesa verso Cala Feola, piccola spiaggia sabbiosa, dove volendo si possono affittare sdraio e lettini e lance a motore per fare il giro dell'isola. L'accoglienza dei proprietari Elena e Gennaro, che abitano li accanto, nella stessa corte, e' davvero eccezionale e i consigli che ci hanno dato durante tutto il soggiorno sono stati utilissimi. La casa e' una tipica abitazione ponzese, scavata nel tufo, quindi molto fresca anche nelle giornate più calde, pulita e ben arredata, con tutto ciò che può servire durante il soggiorno. La vista dall'ombreggiato terrazzo e' su Cala Feola e sulle imbarcazioni ormeggiate. Nel piccolo borgo, a 200 metri dalla casa, arriva ogni quarto d'ora il bus che collega alle altre parti dell'isola ed e' presente un mini market.

Ponza che bella scoperta!

Mai nome più indicato per questo bellissimo appartamento!!La vista meravigliosa su Cala Feola basterebbe da sola..poi se ci aggiungi la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari con la pulizia e la comodità della casa..ecco il mix perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile!Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ponza che bella scoperta!

La casa sul mare è davvero il nome giusto per questo meraviglioso appartamento!Abbiamo soggiornato a Ponza solo per pochi giorni ma vi posso assicurare che la bellissima vista su Cala Feola, di cui abbiamo goduto dalla nostra veranda, ci ha permesso di vivere il mare 24 h su 24. Abbiamo trovato la casa comoda e pulita e i proprietari, Elena e Gennaro, ci hanno accolto calorosamente, come se fossimo loro cari amici da sempre! Sicuramente ci torneremo
