Located in a very pleasant environment and without any nuisance this place will seduce you.
The tranquility of the place is assured, the first dwellings are 800m away, the village of St Pierre de Cole.
This construction is located 12km from Brantome and 22 km from Périgueux, prefecture of the Dordogne.
The 13.5mx6m pool is accessible without restriction.
