    Very nice mountain house

    Close to the town, the hot thermal bath and the ski area. Very nice house in 3 levels, cosy ambient and nice sight from the terrace

    Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Localisation proche des activités et des commerces du village. Situation au centre de l’authenticité de la station. Parking privé appréciable mais accès problématique par temps de neige. Lors de notre séjour neigeux nous avons dû déneiger les accès de la résidence à la pelle en créant un chemin d’une trentaine de mètres. Peut être que la copropriété pourrait se.offrir une service de déneigement ? Communication facile avec Sylvie la propriétaire qui a toujours été réactive.

    Grand appartement très bien situé dasn le centre de Monetier.

    Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre amis. Lappartement est très bien situé, très proche des pistes.Les soirées au coin du feu sont un vrai plus. Le salon est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur les pistes. Le seul petit bémol est la salle de bain unique (un seul toilette également) pour une appartement qui permet de loger un grand groupe. La table est également un peu petite si on veut tous passer á table en même temps. Nous reviendrons toutefois avec plaisir si loccasion se présente.

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Monetiers-les bains,où nous avions loué l'appartement de Mme M. Nous étions 11, 5 adultes et 6 enfants. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas des pistes, des bains de Monetiers, et des petits commerces de proximité. La pièce principale qui est la pièce de vie est très chaleureuse et bien agencée, la cuisine est bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. L'appartement est globalement très agréable à vivre. Le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'un WC et une seule salle de bain ne nous a pas dérangés. Un seul bémol (si il devait y en avoir un) : l'escalier très raide qui mène au dortoir des enfants... Le bilan reste très positif et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

    Maison parfaite pour super souvenirs

    Au pied des pistes, une maison bien aménagée et équipée pour profiter de la montagne, en cuisine, bonne literie, les bains juste à 1min, le centre du village avec la supérette à quelques minutes à pied, on a vraiment été dans les meilleures conditions pour se créer de super souvenirs.

    1 belle semaine de ski à 9. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre et des pistes. La propriétaire est très sympatique. Ambiance familiale, rien ne manque, on se sent chez soi. Adresse à conserver précieusement.

    L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé, conforme à la description et situé à proximité du départ des pistes de Monetier et des thermes (emplacement idéal). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

    Logement proche des pistes et des balades.

    Nous étions 6 adultes et un bébé de 20 mois. Les + : Proche des pistes, bien équipé en vaisselle ( trop de vaisselle) et en ustensiles . 7 places assises dans la partie salon, exposition au sud, vue sur la montagne. Les - : 2 Bancs autour de la table à manger, plancher de l'étage qui craque beaucoup, compliqué avec un bébé, un buffet énorme rempli de vaisselle (que nous avons dû relaver)et aucune place pour nos propres affaires. Trop petit placard dans l'entrée, dans lequel on doit ranger les chaussures de ski car le local à ski(placard) se trouve à l'extérieur, au bord du passage menant aux autres logements. L'accès au logement directement par l'extérieur. Option payante pour avoir du bois pour le poêle, la pluspart du temps le bois est compris dans les logements avec cheminée. minuscule unique place de parking non déneigée.

    Logement très bien situé près des pistes et du village

    Nous avons passés 1 semaine pour des vacances au ski du 12 au 19 mars 2022. L'appartement est très bien situé, près des pistes et du village. (très pratique pour ne pas prendre la voiture) La communication avec la propriétaire s'est très bien passé, elle était réactive sur nos demandes, un très bon point. Nous avons cependant un petit bémol concernant l'appartement, il craque beaucoup lorsque nous marchons au premier étage (où il y a les chambres, toilette, salle de bain) et nous ne le recommandons pas à une famille avec un enfant en bas âge (ce qui était notre cas avec un bébé de 1an) car la nuit le moindre mouvement à l'étage, faisant tout craquer, réveille facilement les bébés. Nous avons également, eu un soucis avec la vaisselle qui était complément sales à notre arrivé (nous avons dû tout remettre au lave vaisselle), mais cela n'est pas de la faute des propriétaires mais des personnes qui était là avant nous, qui n'avait pas fait tout le ménage. Pour le reste l'appartement reste très correct pour passer des vacances à la montagne, été comme hiver (avec une superbe vu du salon sur les pistes de ski) Bonne continuation à vous et merci encore pour l'accueil

    Logement très bien situé et adapté aux familles

    Logement idéalement situé à proximité des pistes, des bains et du village. Adapté aux grandes familles, cuisine très bien équipée. Très bons échanges avec la propriétaire. Prix un peu élevé par rapport au standing du logement. Le bois aurait pu être compris dans le prix pour la semaine.

    Logement agréable et superbement bien situé

    Logement spacieux (nous étions 7) et agréable. Situation au top pour aller skier (5 mn a pieds) Mobilier parfois un peu daté mais pas gênant. Une seule salle de bain et WC pour 10 personnes (capacité annoncée) c'est vraiment juste. Nous étions 7 et c'était pas évident à gérer.
