Near Annecy, between Lake and mountains, charming cottage newly furnished balconies with views of the mountains of Annécienne area and Mont Blanc. House located in the countryside, in a small village, quiet. Near the Gorges du Fier and Chateau de Montrottier. A 9 km from the town of Annecy also called Venice of Savoie to enjoy its canals, its old town, its lake and mountains. Many walks nearby, also near the National Park Bauges, the lake of Aix les Bains, Chamonix and Geneva.
