Ground floor villa located 50m from the beautiful beach of Ile Rousse and 150m from the city center and its place.
T3 comfortable with a kitchen, air conditioning, tv, 2 bedrooms, a covered terrace and private parking.
Our apartment is located in a very quiet street where you can enjoy the morning from the beach and come back quietly take a small coffee on your terrace. Because of the proximity of everything you will be able to do without your vehicle and stroll in town, take a tour of the market and see its regional products.

Près du centre et de la plage et des hotes adorables
J'ai particulièrement apprécié le robinet extérieur pour se rincer au retour de la plage si proche.
Ce n'est pas bruyant voire calme vu l'emplacement près du centre.
On peut garer la voiture (et en plus la moto dans notre cas) sur la parcelle. Rare !
Logement fonctionnel et agréable.
Et des hotes si charmants....

Séjour de rêve à L'île Rousse
Nous avons passé 15 jours de magnifiques vacances à l'île Rousse.
Logement très propre et très confortable, idéalement situé à proximité immédiate de la magnifique plage de la Marinella dans une rue très calme avec place de parking privative et terrasse pour profiter des repas en extérieur.
Mr et Mme Sebastiani sont des hôtes charmants et toujours disponibles si vous avez besoin de les joindre.
Possibilité de tout faire à pied si vous n'êtes pas véhiculés, restaurants, commerces et centre ville sont tout proches ainsi que la gare également pour profiter du petit train des plages.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cette adresse sans hésitation.
Et encore merci à Mr et Mme Sebastiani pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
