Villa Oliva is situated at the end of Premantura, only 300m from the entrance of the natural park «Rt Kamenjak' and 200m from the entrance of the camp 'Stupice.' Premantura is a picturesque village, followed by the beautiful protected landscape Kamenjak that provides you 30 km of great and different beaches. The nearest one is located 400 meters from our house.
Our location is within easy walking distance to all amenities including the market square, restaurants, shops and bars, making it the ideal location for your stay in Premantura.

Apartment Oliva has a large, bright and airy open plan living area, comprising fully furnished lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, shower room and balcony, as well as a secured parking place.
Apartment is equipped with italian furniture, electric cooking plates, microwave owen, refrigerator, coffee machine, LCD – TV, air conditioning. Apartment has beautifull sea view.
