Luxury Condo w/ FREE WiFi, Parking, Heated Pool, Hot Tubs, Skier Shuttles

Luxurious 2nd floor (w/ elevator), 2-bedroom / 2-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and balcony with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed in and 2 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

The 48-acre park, beach and lake are just a few steps from the property and are defiantly an extra added Fun bonus. They rent paddle board and peddle boats at the beach all summer long. A great day is often spent hiking, biking or fishing w and hopefully you got in a nice relaxing soak in one of our three hot tubs or maybe you get in some laps in out heated outdoor pool. Met all needs/expectations!

This was the perfect booking for our stay during a soccer tournament. The location was close to where we played, grocery store and restaurants nearby were a plus. It was clean and smelled great! The only thing I semi-expected was a full range of travel toiletries like you get at most hotels/managed rentals so I didn’t bring my own shampoo, not a huge deal just something to note. The kids explored the lake at sunset (gorgeous!) and swam in the pool! Each kiddo had their own bed and they have asked to stay here again next year!

Excellent location and beautiful condo!

This condo is nice and seemed to be well stocked!! It's roomy, comfortable and I love the the 2nd BR had 3 beds. The owner got back to me quickly after I inquired about the property. The only complaint I have about this place is the ice in the parking lot. It's treacherous and the management company says nothing can be done about it. Not sure I buy that but I would stay in this condo again, despite the ice, because the location and price are great!

Perfect location with beautiful scenery!

We had never been to Avon and happened to to be traveling to Vail for a baseball tournament. The location is absolutely perfect. Located right off the highway and walking distance to everything from restaurants, stores and the beautiful lake right behind the condo. We walked every morning around the lake and the kids played on the playground steps away. The kids fished at the lake and we rented paddle boards all right out the back door. The stunning views were magical. We rent VRBO’s all the time and this one was clean, had all the things we needed plus some. The beds were comfortable, fans are provided since there is no AC which I was worried about coming from Texas. Even though the temps hit 99 a few days while there at night with the fans in the window it got cold! Overall we will stay again because everything was just so close and so many things to do right outside the condo!

Great stay!

The property was wonderful. We were surprised to find out there was no air-conditioning in the unit so you should be prepared for that. Other than that, it was a perfect location and the perfect unit for the four of us.

It was just OK

Last minute find because of an issue with a previously reserved condo elsewhere, so we were happy to get this condo. Condo is pretty minimalist. Supplies are very basic. Rudimentary kitchen equipment. No cleaning supplies other than dish and dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. Great washer/dryer, though!! Condo could use a bit of TLC, i. e, curtain rods bent and curtains falling down. Housekeeping issue. Management, however, was very helpful and welcoming. Difficult to communicate directly with the Owner. I think he depends on Management to handle everything, which is fine.I can understand that some owners just don't want to be bothered. I prefer a more personal means of communication, however. IMHO
