The house is very nice and easy going. The 3 double bedrooms have their own bathroom with toilet. Next to the 4th bedroom, there is a fourth bathroom / wc.
Wifi offers Internet connection everywhere.
The environment is quiet. Two bicycles are available, one with a child seat, and provide access to the city center in 10 minutes. The city of Eretria is rich in archaeological sites and typical Greek taverns.

Why they chose this property

As a child, I was spending my holidays with family in Eretria. Euboea offers all the charms of a Greek island, while being close to Athens. We chose this house to spend the holidays and weekends. We live in Athens and we come very often (one hour fifteen drive).
The proximity to the beach (70 m) and the large swimming pool (60 m2) in the garden offer a rare luxury.
The house has a beautiful view on the northern mountains of the island of Euboea, in a very relaxing pastoral setting.
