The house has been recently renovated, consisting of double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, large living-dining room with kitchen area and furnished with every comfort, large outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy the dishes you prepare. We provide sheets, towels, hair dryer, iron, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach It is located in Siculiana Marina in Via Principe di Piemonte, a few km from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and the Scala dei Turchi di Realmonte. Within 70 km from Siculiana Marina you can visit sites of considerable interest; along the coast access to free and equipped beaches with parking. To visit the Marine Reserve of Torre Salsa that extends between Siculiana Marina and Eraclea Minoa, protecting one of the last intact and uncontaminated stretches of the southern coast of Western Sicily for a total extension of 761.62 hectares, and falls within the territory of the municipality of Siculiana (Ag) is easily reached from the main beach of Siculiana Marina on foot or by canoe from Lido Sabbia d'Oro if you want to try your hand at a long and unforgettable walk. The variety of environments present in the Reserve allows you to observe a varied and unique wildlife panorama. Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor patio. It was clean and beautifully decorated with plants. The outdoor shower was terrific and we used it every day. We loved its location so close to the beach. However, it does get noisy with traffic and parties that last well into the night and early morning. We didn't mind the noise but it is something to be aware of if you book your stay. While I do recommend this apartment there are a few things to note. We were expecting to have to pay for linens and towels but we only received one set of towels for the entire stay. You can wash them in the washer or buy your own. Just know you will get one set. We were also very surprised by the "tourist tax" that we were charged when we arrived. While I understand the owner must charge this tax, it would have been nice to know about that before we arrived. Know that you will be charged this tax. If you arrive in the summer, be prepared for it to be hot, and no AC. We are accustomed to air conditioning so sleeping was difficult. We had to purchase a fan to sleep at night. There is also no Wi-Fi so be sure you have enough data on your phone for your stay. Overall it was a lovely place that we enjoyed. The host was gracious and accomodating.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht. Siculiana Marina ist ein netter und überschaubarer Badeort ohne großen Rummel, mit einem tollen Strand und ein paar kleinen Restaurants. Das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch, und die Terrasse mit der Hollywoodschaukel angenehm schattig. Es gibt eine weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser sehr sauberen, liebevoll eingerichteten und toll ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist unschlagbar. Da die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, hört man natürlich den Verkehr. Empfindliche Ohren könnten sich gestört fühlen. Perfekt war die Außendusche. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und total unkompliziert. Sie sprechen englisch und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Im Ort selbst urlauben hauptsächlich Italiener, es gibt einige gute Restaurants, ansonsten aber keine touristischen Angebote. Für unseren Geschmack eine Wohltat. Es wird wenig englisch gesprochen, mit einer Übersetzungsapp kommt man aber gut klar. Gerne wieder!

Siculiana : Un petit paradis

Maison de vacances très agréable, très reposante, très propre, très bien située à 100 m de la mer. Siculiana est une micro station balnéaire encore préservée, et en ce mois de mai, un petit paradis. Aldo et Annamaria sont très accueillants, très sympathiques et ont à cœur de nous faire partager leur jolie région.

Consigliatissima!

Cercavamo una casa che fosse adatta alle nostre esigenze, avendo due bimbi e due cani molto grandi, e abbiamo trovato questa che ha soddisfatto appieno tutte le nostre richieste. Fornita di tutto dalla cucina al bagno, e i proprietari di casa gentilì e disponibili. La casa, sia durante il giorno che la notte, resta fresca. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno neanche del ventilatore e addirittura la notte abbiamo dormito con il lenzuolo. Casa veramente fresca. La ciliegina sulla torta, il meraviglioso giardino con doccia calda all’esterno. Super consigliata

Ottima sistemazione a Siculiana Marina

Casa molto comoda come posizione, vicinissima al mare e soprattutto super accessoriata, completa di tutto, proprio come a casa propria. Ottima zona esterna con parcheggio auto, veranda per pranzare e comodissima doccia esterna. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Consigliatissimo

Ottima accoglienza di tutta la famiglia, casa comoda, in perfetto ordine e provvista di tutto. Ottima come base per escursioni e per bagnarsi in un mare tranquillo. Per noi, abituati a vivere in posti isolati è forse troppo vicino alla strada

Piacevole e comodo soggiorno!

L'abitazione è pulita, comoda e dotata di ogni comfort per un soggiorno rilassante. Lo spazio all'esterno consente di parcheggiare; anche nel retro della casa c'è la possibilità di posteggio. La posizione felice del luogo consente di visitare tutte le spiagge della zona rapidamente. La spiaggia di Siculiana Marina si raggiunge anche a piedi in 5'. Particolarmente gentile e super disponibile l'host Aldo in qualsiasi momento pronto a fornire ogni spiegazione e indicazione. Consigliato!

Location perfetta per una famiglia

La casa è esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio e vi si può trovare tutto il necessario per una vacanza. È situata sulla strada provinciale ma se si chiudono le finestre non si sentono rumori e comunque la zona è tranquilla. La sorpresa più grande è stata la pulizia, molto accurata. E' una buona base per visitare tutte le spiagge della zona. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. Tutto perfetto. È stata una bella vacanza. Grazie ...torneremo appena a possibile...

UN BELLISSIMO RICORDO

Consiglio vivamente questa casa: i proprietari AnnaMaria e Aldo sono due persone squisite, ospitali e gentilissime. Ci hanno coccolato facendoci trovare tutto il necessario in casa (generi alimentari, detersivi, asciugamani e attrezzature per il mare). Della nostra vacanza in Sicilia la settimana a Siculiana Marina è stata la più rilassante. La casa è grande e spaziosa ed è perfetta per chi ha bambini piccoli. Oltre a trovarsi in una posizione strategica per visitare la valle dei templi e le splendide spiagge della zona, quando uno vuole rilassarsi basta una passeggiata di 5 minuti e raggiunge la bella e lunghissima spiaggia locale.

INCONTRI SICILIANI

L'appartamento è già stato ottimamente descritto nelle recensioni precedenti per cui vorrei fare solo due considerazioni. La prima: Siculiana Marina è una località con una bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa con acque limpidissime. Inoltre è un ottimo punto di partenza per fare delle splendide escursioni in giornata come alla Valle dei Templi, alla Riserva di Torre Salsa, alla Scala dei Turchi , alla Casa Natale di Pirandello , etc. A pochi chilometri dalla località marina sorge la cittadella di Siculiana che è stata per noi una piacevolissima scoperta - se avete la possibilità visitatela al tramonto o di sera . Qui sembra che il tempo si sia fermato ! La mia seconda considerazione è la seguente : visitare la Sicilia non è soltanto vedere luoghi magnifici e nuotare in acque trasparenti , ma anche incontrare persone che ti rimangono nel cuore anche dopo le vacanze . E' il caso di Annamaria e Aldo , gentilissimi proprietari che ci hanno aperto la loro casa estiva nella quale ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra . Quindi se volete provare grandi emozioni , questo è il posto giusto ! Domenico e famiglia

UN VRAI BONHEUR

Nous voulons tout d'abord remercier les propriétaires,Madame et Monsieur,pour la gentillesse,la courtoisie,l'efficacité de leur accueil dans cette tres agréable maison,bien équipée et bien située,que nous ne pouvons que recommander. Nous a meme été proposé de nous retrouver, 10 jours plus tard ,(apres d'autres lieux de séjour), à Palerme, pour une visite guidée...proposition que nous n'avons pu accepter pour cause de planning incertain. C'est redire toute la gentillesse de cet accueil . Merci mille foIs.

Total Relax nel Mediterranea

In un mite clima del mese di Settembre ho trascorso un momento di relax nella villetta di Siculiana Marina, panoramica sul mare Mediterraneo e paesaggio naturale con un lido fantastico e sole splendente. La villetta in cui ho abitato ha soddisfatto tutti i miei bisogni di vacanza serena e tranquilla in quanto è comoda, accogliente, ristrutturata, con bagno, cucina e mobili nuovi; un grazie al proprietario, molto gentile, simpatico e accogliente, mi ha messo a disposizione un parcheggio interno nel giardino annesso ed esterno confinante con la villetta; ho usufruito del barbecue e della relativa legna per cenette fuori dal comune. Voglio sottolineare che la villetta ha un ingresso indipendente, ampia veranda con tavolo e dondolo,le aiuole, che circondano gli spazi esterni, con fiori e aromi per condire le pietanze... una vacanza riuscita sotto ogni aspetto! Abbiamo visitato la riserva naturale WWF di Torre Salsa e la Scala dei Turchi a pochi Km dal lido di Siculiana Marina, che è asservita da numerosi ristoranti e gelaterie con prodotti tipici della Sicilia per esempio la gustosissima granita e pesce locale. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Sublime a 360°!!!!

Eccezionale è la parola giusta! Per prima cosa credo sia necessario decantare le lodi ai proprietari: una coppia stupenda, cordiali, gentili, premurosi, sorridenti, allegri e attentissimi ad ogni nostro bisogno. La casa è pulitissima e confortevole!! A due passi dal mare e dotata di ogni confort, uno splendido terrazzino esterno per rilassarci dalle "fatiche" del mare! Il mare è eccezionale e consigliatissimo per i bambini che possono farsi il bagno in tutta sicurezza poichè degrada molto dolcemente. Speriamo presto di ritornare per un soggiorno più lungo! Grazie di cuore ai proprietari per questi tre giorni indimenticabili!!!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! +++++

bella e accogliente

Casa spaziosa e accogliente appena ristrutturata e fornita di tutto ció che serve per passare una vacanza tranquilla. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza della casa che é perfetta, soprattutto se avete bambini che possono sfruttare un ampio cortile per giocare dove c'é anche spazio per parcheggiare l'auto. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimo e ospitali, mettendoci a disposizione anche il necessario per la spiaggia, come l'ombrellone e la spiaggina e addirittura dell'ottimo limoncello fatto in casa!!! Oltre alla bellissima spiaggia di Siculiana dall'acqua cristallina é un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta la costa da Agrigento a Selinunte! Tra l'altro, per gli amanti del mare incontaminato e immerso nella natura, é vicinissima a torre salsa che é veramente un paradiso terrestre. Consigliatissima!!!

Casa vacanza perfetta!!

Siamo stati 3 giorni tra amici in questa bellissima, curatissima,pulitissima e tranquillissima casa a Siculiana Marina, ci siamo trovati talmente bene da sentirci proprio come a casa nostra!Tutti i confort necessari per una vacanza di relax!posto auto all'interno della proprietà,lavatrice,barbecue,splendida veranda con tavolo per mangiare fuori,bagno totalmente ristrutturato,spiaggie spettacolari a 10minuti a piedi!tutto perfetto! Voglio ringraziare di cuore per la gentilezza, la straordinaria accoglienza, la disponibilità e la cortesia, la Sig.ra AnnaMaria e il Sig Aldo,persone fantastiche!
