Miami Playa: New house with a communal pool and jacuzzi, close to the beach

Nice townhouse located in a quiet residential area , with two private gardens where you can cook with barbacue. It has 3 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed), 2 restroom. There is a 2500m2 community area where are three pools , two jacuzzis, an area for picnic and a playground ideal for children. It has two terraces with sea views. After about 1.5 km, you'll reach the beach, where you can find amazing small bays with coves. You will find supermarkets, restaurants and great places to visit in the village.
Close to the house there are many undiscovered beaches , where you can do kayaking , fishing snorkeling or diving. We can offer you maps where shows the most fantastic places to visit.

The residential area Casalot Park organize activities and events like football or basketball for children entertainment.
You are a quick ride from the pretty fishing village of Cambrils that has a lot of charm. The townhouse is just 15 Km from Salou, where you will find a great atmosphere. There you can visit the theme park Port Aventura and Costa Caribe. Casalot Park is near the luxurious Golf Bonmont Terres, where you can play golf. Very peaceful!

Hello, we are Edgar and Silvia, a young couple and the owners of the townhouse. We bought the house on 2007, since we like spend our vacations close to the Mediterranean Sea. Miami Beach offers the opportunity to do several activities like kayaking, fishing, diving and others. Although we love go there on holidays, we are living in Barcelona city for job and for that reason we have decided to rent the house some time on summer.
We will give you all the information about Miami Beach and the activities that you can do. Before coming here we will send you maps, information about how to rent a car and information where to go. And we will answer every question you have, because we would like you to enjoy here your time. See you soon!!

Miami-Playa is a town that lies on a beautiful landscape between the Mediterranean sea and the mountains, in the southern part of the Costa Dorada. 120 Km. from Barcelona and 20 Km. from Salou a vibrant holiday area with Port Aventura, the biggest Spain funfair and 15 Km. from Cambrils. A coastal line of fully charming beauty: Clean sandy beaches and nice, quiet coves. For the sportive holiday markers Miami-Playa also offers numerous possibilities: Surfing, sailing, water ski, tennis, squash, riding, golf & mini golf.
Miami Playa has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Miami Playa also boasts having some of the most beautiful yet secluded blue flag coves on the Costa Dorada.
