The conditions for a successful holiday are met in this 250m2 villa, ideal for hosting two families who will preserve their privacy. Parents can stay in the two opulent parental suites on the ground floor and children upstairs in spacious bedrooms. The bathroom and wc separated from the floor will make them independent. The swimming pool is heated and treated with salt, the covered terraces or solarium will allow games or idleness according to the desires of each. The ocean is 20 minutes by bike, the pool 500m, all amenities are accessible 1km to the village of Petit Piquey.

La maison est magnifique et idéalement située… bassin, ocean, magasins , parcours sportif et piste cyclable à coté et environnement très calme. Grandes pièces et grands espaces, nous avons été à notre aise dans la maison magnifiquement décorée. La piscine est super, immenses transats double et de la place pour tout le monde. Nous avons eu du mal à partir! Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Ils ont été disponibles pour nous lors des premiers jours alors que nous prenions nos marques. À recommander!!!

Que dire? L’emplacement est idéal, la vue donne sur la forêt du truc vert. Tout est parfait dans cette villa, en terme de superficie, d’équipements et de décoration; on se sent très vite serein. Stephanie est réactive et très sympathique. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances.

Home away from home

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables dans la maison de Stéphanie. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son accueil agréable et sa gentillesse. La maison est très bien située entre le bassin et l'océan, tous les déplacements sont faciles et possibles à faire à vélo, même avec notre fils de deux ans. Les intérieurs de la maison et le jardin sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, il y a tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin pour des vacances réussies. Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison et nous réjouissons d'y revenir.

Oasis de détente pour des vacances merveilleuses

Très belle maison dans un endroit parfait avec magnifique jardin et piscine qui vous invite à séjourner. La maison elle-même est meublée avec beaucoup de style et vous vous sentez très à l'aise. Tous les commerces sont facilement accessibles à vélo et même la plage n'est qu'à 15 minutes de là, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal. Les propriétaires sont très cordiaux et dignes de confiance. Nous pouvons vous recommander cet endroit relaxant et merveilleux sans aucune hésitation.
