We loved our stay here. The room, staff, and amenities were all amazing. We had everything we needed and more. Loved having a gym, heated pool and hot tub, and steam room too. Walkable to everything. We will be back!

Good location and comfortable unit

Everything was good except for the concierge. All three that I interacted with were essentially useless for providing recommendations, directions, etc... I know everyone has a smart phone nowadays but, it’s nice to have a concierge narrow down the 29 recommended Thai places on google to 2, for example.

A great family and pet friendly condo-tel!

Having lived in Yaletown for over a decade, I knew the area well already but I was so pleasantly surprised at the hospitality here! I needed a place that would take me, my 2 kids (ages 12 &14) and 2 small dogs. Level was the perfect blend of condo living with hotel concierge/room cleaning services. Lots of dogs in the building, so if you're allergic or scared of dogs, this may not be the best choice for you. It's across the street from Nesters grocery store so we could buy food, snacks, coffee, pet food etc - there's a coffee shop/restaurant attached to the building and it is smack in the middle of great, walkable shopping up on Granville St/Robson St and down in Yaletown/Marinaside. We took the Aqua Bus over to Granville Island, shopped Pacific Centre Shopping Mall, Granville & Robson St... it's really in the ideal location and I didn't move my car once. To be warned - it IS across the street from The Penthouse Strip Club. This didn't matter to me or cause any concerns, (it's actually a classy strip club if you're like me and believe in that) but if this does concern you, the BACK ALLEY entrance between Richards and Seymour Street allows you to avoid having to see or walk near it. There was no real noise, lineups or crowds of people outside (we were there Fri/Sat nights) and were out at every hour of day - but an obvious and understandable concern for some. Elevators are busy - plan your time accordingly (especially for check out) and be patient. Front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment we were given was not the one shown in the listing photos on VRBO. It was somewhat dark and gloomy. However it was very clean, well equipped and and comfortable. Without any warning, one morning, two workmen appeared on the private terrace outside the bedroom. Quite alarming.
