Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resorts in South Maui as it offers its guests a large pool area, a children's wading pool, 2 hot tubs, an exercise room, table tennis, foosball, and tennis courts. Enjoy the large lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches, Kamaole Beach 3, which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk as well as hula dancing by the pool every Wednesday afternoon.

To Reserve The House, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful location and remodeling was appreciated as felt new and home like. Custom finishes and extras in unit were noticed and appreciated. Great AC/ceiling fans and extra fan in loft were working well and kept us very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Nice touches such as Christmas themed wine glasses. Didn’t use but noticed they were there. Thanks for the care and attention to this unit and willingness to share as a vacation location. Would love to stay here again and again.

Family Vacation at Kamaole Sands

We were very happy with our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo was very clean, spacious and came with all the amenities we needed for our family vacation. Check-in was easy and our hosts even allowed us to access the condo before the standard check-in time. The location is super convenient, as it’s right across the street from Kamaole Beach III. We were able to snorkel there when the tides were low. The property also had a pool so when we were done at the beach, we hit the pool later in the evening. Our family would definitely stay again!

Great condo

The unit was great - lots of useful extras like a wagon, beach chairs and coolers. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is very close. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pool area has way too many unnecessary rules and kids aren’t allowed to do much there. We used it very little. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was really nice, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was new and well appointed. The grounds were also beautiful, and very well maintained. Really, the only issue we had was we weren’t used to the coffee maker. The unit has a hot water pot, so you have to make a cup at a time…or use the Keurig. Minor thing. Once we figured that out, all was good. All in all, would highly recommend this condo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in this condo 4 times this year I believe, because every time I stay somewhere else I wished I was at 6409. First off, they don't throw everything in the condo away after a guest leaves so you're likely to have things like spices butter salad dressing... They don't just leave one serving of dish soap or one laundry packet, they will leave a whole bottle so you can spend your time enjoying yourself and not running to the store. Second, it is so close to the pool that when you're down there and you forgot something, it's not a long walk with the kids back to your condo to grab the pool noodle for example. You can just pop up and get right back. It is very well decorated and feels luxurious. I have a four-year-old so needed the bathtub downstairs. I also hate dealing with keys so the number lock on the door is very helpful. This place is really perfect...and considering I stay at Kamaole Sands once a month, I think I have authority to say that :)

The location was great, across the street from a fun beach and pretty close to restaurants etc. Only downsides for us were the numerous rules-- esp re the pool (ie kids were not allowed to toss a ball at pool or on the grounds) -- and we could not hang towels from balcony which meant we had to dry sandy suits and towels in the clothes dryer. Also, master bedroom is a loft so there is no privacy for the parents.

Super well equipped condo with comfortable beds and all the beach amenities. Loved the larger lanai that this unit offers. Great location across from the beach and loved all the walking to nearby restaurants and coffee places. The maintenance at this resort is second to none. Love how well kept the pool area and grounds are. This is our go to property on Maui and PMI are excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.

First time in this particular unit and enjoyed the pool view to easily see what kids were up to. Quiet, well appointed, clean, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer looked brand new. Also, had exceptional air conditioning system. Not a fan of Keurig coffee systems, so brought my own pour-over with me. Daily sunsets at Kam3 across the street, easy access to pool and bbqs, convenient parking, easy walking distance to great shave ice, fish tacos, ice cream, cinnamon bun specialty stores. Have been booking through Matt and his team exclusively due to ease of process and consistency of quality. Have never had any issues whatsoever. Prior to finding PMI, would book through Air BnB or VRBO and it was always a gamble as far as what to arrive to, how much cleaning was required on arrival, and what beach toys, umbrellas, etc I’d have to buy for myself and family. Had a couple of bad experiences and it’s just not worth it. With PMI Maui, I know it will be perfect and everything we need will be supplied. Highly recommend PMI Maui.

The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having meals on the lanai. The beds were comfortable and the unit was big enough for the 6 of us (we even had 2 young 20 year old adults sleep on the sofa bed). Management was very responsive before our trip and we had no issues once we arrived. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit.

The lanai was a beautiful place to have morning coffee and breakfast or to read from or simple to soak up the sun when the kids were napping. Beautiful view and so conveniently located near the pool which was perfect for the kids. They had everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach and pool. Plenty of towels, blankets, paper products and even ziplock baggies which came in very handy. I hope we can stay here again some day! Thanks for the incredibly beautiful stay!

Property was clean, comfortable, updated, and held all required accommodations. Right across the street from beach! Two things to note: the gym was closed for the entirety of the trip and too many rules at the pool.
