Cross Creek 202 is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Sleeps 7. South facing on the river with lots of light. Enjoy listening to the river or just walk out the deck to Ten Mile Creek. Large sectional, wood fireplace and flatscreen in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of room for meal preparation. Entry hall has shoe cubbies and gear rack. 1-car attached garage and washer/dryer in unit for convenience. Log dining room table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 4. Deck has seating for 4. Security camera views the exterior of the front door.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Six Adirondack chairs for main deck and lawn. The clubhouse also has lounge areas and fireplace. In the summer there is an outdoor picnic grove with large outdoor kitchen, community grills and picnic table seating.

You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.
