Apartment located on the ground floor of the Acacias residence located in the heart of Les Sables d'Or Les Pins resort.

In a small family building of two floors, near the beautiful beach and shops, the 3 studios are on the ground floor.

The studios redone in 2016 modern and quality decoration.

Hébergement très pratique et bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine (pas de vrai four cependant). L'hébergement est confortable avec en plus le parking juste devant. Un petit bémol pour la route qui est proche du logement et relativement passante. Plages accessibles à pied ainsi que de belles balades et les commerces/restaurants.

Accueil chaleureux, dans un appartement impécable. Tout est prévu, même le sèche-cheveux (vécu dans d'autres locations). Seul bémol, il est un peu exigu pour 4 personnes.

Appartement bien situé et très fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour grâce à cet appartement très bien pensé, idéalement situé entre la plage principale d'un côté, et la lagune de l'autre. Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil très chaleureux et d'un service au top !

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge

Das Apartment ist klein, aber hübsch eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden. Wer empfindlich auf Lärm reagiert, könnte sich an der Hauptstaße stören, uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Séjour sport et tourisme

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine dans ce studio cosy de Sable d’Or en plein mois d’octobre. L’accueil de la propriétaire a été parfaitement chaleureux et le séjour a été très agréable. Le studio est confortable, propre, bien équipé et très facile d’accès.

Super! nous avons passé 15 jours en plus sous le soleil ! Le seul bémol c'est la terrasse qui est au vu de tout le voisinage et,qui donne sur le parking . Mais à part cela propriétaire très sympathique

Tres bon séjour

Un accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Appartement très très bien aménagé. Rien ne manque tout a été pensé. Meublé avec goût et qualité. Situation avec commerces à proximité et accès aux promenades et mer très proches. Nous recommandons cet appartement au calme. Bonne saison à vous.
