Come visit beautiful North Conway!! Whether you are visiting for a weekend or a week with family and friends, come stay at our home. Ride the Conway Scenic Railroad, plan a visit to Cranmore Mountain (just minutes away!!) with lots of family fun things to do or spend the day hiking at Presidential Range. Whatever you choose our townhouse is in the heart of it all!

2,008 square foot luxury townhome with 4 bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Cranmore in the back yard and Cathedral Ledge in the front. Centrally located, it’s easy to enjoy all the fun activities Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Just minutes to Storyland!! Minutes to The Village!! Whitaker Woods trail system crosses through the property. Wild Cat, Attitash, Echo Lake State Park (a small fee per person) and Settlers Green Outlets, are also within a short drive.

The upstairs level includes 3 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. Master bedroom has a King bed, a crib (crib blanket in hallway closet) and a master bathroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with a walk in closet and third bedroom has a Twin trundle bed with closet. The two bedrooms share the hallway full bathroom. **New curtains just added to each bedroom for added privacy!!**

The main floor includes a spacious living room with a gas fireplace to keep you cozy and a bench for more sitting room. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with spacious floor plan that opens to a full dining room and large kitchen with granite counter tops and a half bath.

The spacious family room is located on the finished lower-level with a full bath. It is equipped with a twin trundle, pull out Queen sleeper sofa used mainly for extra sitting area, two leather futons and a futon-like sofa. Also acts as the 4th bedroom, when needed. Great space for the kids.
mattress pads and mattress toppers available for the futons.

Wonderful features include top of the line appliances and finishes, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, central air/heat.

Amenities include: 1 car garage, 1 parking space in driveway and an adjacent area for more parking, which is provided on a first come first serve basis, a Keurig coffee machine, 10 cup Bella non-filter coffeemaker, wine glasses, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WIFI, hair dryers, children’s cups and utensils, highchairs, 2 pack ‘n plays and a crib (bring your own linen for these).

Wekeday ski trip

Week day trip for skiing in the area. Very easy access to rt 16, 15 minutes from attitash...5 minutes to downtown. Perfect townhouse for ski trips. Clean, plenty of space, beds, and showers.. will book again!

Lovely home, great hosts

We had a wonderful stay at this N. Conway home with our two children. All amenities were just as advertised and location is excellent. The location was perfect to visit Santa’s Village, Storyland, local shops, restaurants and breweries. Host was very responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Winter wonderland

We, my husband and I, stayed for 8 weeks in this house. It was our secind time staying there. Everything is great the location perfect for skiing and all kinds of winter activities. Shoping as well as restaurants are close too. We had a winderful time. When ever a problem accured Melanie was there to help.

Excellent setup with a beautiful view.

We really loved this place. Clean, very strategically setup to host lots of people. Great cooking setup. Super close to Story Land and hiking. Definitely recommend.

Long weekend in North Conway

This property was exactly as described and very clean. Perfect for our 3 families on a ski weekend. Nice to have the finished basement for the teens to hang out. It is very centrally located. Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly what's needed!

The property & host were top notch. It's the prefect home base for the area's activities. Having a real crib in the primary suite was essential. The property was prefect for a 20 month old, a 3 year old and a 7 year old plus 3 adults plus its right by a great view of Mount Washington. I can't say enough great things.

Easy process from booking through end of stay. Plenty of room for a large family to stay on multiple levels. Clean and reasonable. Close to everything in Glen and North Conway area. Highly recommend.

Ski week

The location is perfect to get around the area. Close to the mountains and Conway to get to restaurants ! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and we had 10 people. Have great suggestions in the house for things to do! A must stay if you are in the area and have a family!!

Vaca2023 in NH

Second year staying at this property and everything was great. Location relative to N. Conway and Mt. Washington is just what we like. Plenty of space for a family and a very convenient walk to get some ice cream and watch a sunset beyond the mountains. Who knows, we might be here again as we have come to love the area.

Great stay!

My family and I recently stayed at Cranmore woods from February 3-5. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was very much as advertised and fit exactly what I was looking for with the stay. It was clean, comfortable and there was more than enough room for the 7 adults and 1 infant we had with us. During our stay, Melanie was responsive to me anytime I needed to contact her. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the pull out couch in the basement was very uncomfortable. In any event, I would recommend Melanie's place to any family looking to have an enjoyable experience in the North Conway area and hope to stay there again in the future.

Family get away

Loved the location and the property in general. Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms for 7 adults. Overall, the house was clean. Had to wipe out the bins in fridge before putting our food in. Some of the utensils (spatulas) were dirty when I went to use them. I realize that previous guests may have not put them back without washing them completely. Would definitely stay again. Was unsure if we could leave more recycling than what fit in the small bins provided, so we took it home to recycle.

Not too comfortable

At first glance everything seemed perfect for our two families. Once we decided to get the downstairs ready for our friends we noticed that the queen pullout was not usable plus it was freezing cold downstairs with no way to adjust temperature. The downstairs tv did not work and there were not enough towels. All beds are uncomfortable except for master bedroom. Chairs for outside seating were broken. However, the property owner was very responsive and accommodating when asked for extra towels. The area is ok…a little noisy at times but is close to everything.

Lovely house close to skiing, shopping & restaurants

House was clean and kitchen well stocked. The living room however had minimal furniture and lacked a cozy feeling. The heat in the house was on a timer and most of the time it was uncomfortably hot. The house is not ski in ski out as stated on the website -- which was disappointing. Also, having to bring your garbage to the local dump was an inconvenience. That being said, it is close to skiing, shopping, restaurants and medical centers. It is clean and well kept and the complex was quiet. With a few tweaks this could be a great vacation house. I think if you didnt use the basement as the 4th "bedroom" it would leave that space for family time since it has a more comfortable couch and carpet on the floor. We had a lovely stay with extended family and all being said, I would recommend this house for a short stay.

Girls get away- all seniors. Easy check in and good communication with owner. Quiet area, walking distance to ice cream shop and easy access to back road into town. Probably one of the cleaner rentals that I've stayed with plenty of room for everyone. Easily could have brought the whole family- next time.
