This is an excellent cottage. Spotless and really comfortable. The surroundings are really peaceful and there are a lot of things to do or see in the area. The cottage is furnished with high quality items and has all you need for a relaxing stay. Styled with lovely decor and eye for details. The bed is extremely comfortable and nice and big. The host is very friendly and responds promptly. The cottage has a lovely outdoor seating and is in an area with outstanding nature beauty. Can absolutely recommend this cottage.

The property was extremely comfortable in a quiet rural setting. Kate, the host, was friendly and very helpful. On the Malton to Pickering road there was a McDonalds, Starbucks, petrol station with a Star shop for essentials. This was about 2 miles away and supermarkets about 5 miles from the property in Malton. The property was very convenient for visiting the market towns of Helmsley, Kirbymoorside, Pickering and Malton. The coast is about 45 minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property and hope to be able to return in the future. Highly recommend a stay. Thank you Kate for hosting us

This property was amazing and in a wonderful location. Sadly we needed to leave early due to a close family member being seriously ill. We do hope to return sometime and would highly recommend this barn to others.

Exceptional property in quiet location

Exceptionally well-presented holiday let - plenty of room with everything we needed. Very quiet, farm-land location with plenty of bird-life to keep us company and many places of interest nearby, including a local pub serving good food. Would happily stay here again.

A little place in the country

The Granary is comfortable and well equipped. We particularly liked the peaceful location and comfortable bed. Well situated for access to the Howardian Hills, the moors and the coast. One of the best cottages we have stayed in.
