Great cottage with a fabulous view over Newquay beach. Near the harbour, about a 6 minute walk, and very comfortable and clean.I have already booked again for another break.

We had an excellent holidays; the location was great and the house had everything we needed—close to shops, a short walk to the beach, and games for the kids. The view from the house was incredible.Communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely house with views to die for. Equipped with everything that you need for a holiday. The house was very clean and communication from Jo was great.One thing to note is that the spiral staircase is very steep and narrow so may be difficult for people with mobility issues .Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Lovely cottage with fabulous views of the sea. Although the spiral staircase is quite narrow, so it could be challenging for some. The lack of outside parking isn't a hugh problem, as the car park is a short walk and not expensive.We would highly recommend this holiday home. We throughly enjoyed our there.

A great location, only 5 minute walk to the centre of town. A couple of shops and bars 2 minutes from the house. The view from the back bedroom is brilliant. A real lovely house and very well priced. We loved it

I really enjoyed my stay! I celebrated my birthday here and had such a great time. The house is super spacious, had everything I needed for my holiday, and the views are just breathtaking. I felt so relaxed and comfortable – a perfect getaway!
It’s my last day staying here and a rainbow just formed in the back – such a perfect ending to a wonderful trip
This is the view from the balcony – absolutely stunning! We loved waking up to this every day.

Amazing Views!

Lovely house, photos don't do it justice, the views out the back are absolutely stunning, we especially loved the top balcony. 8 of us visited, there was plenty of room, the top bedroom is really spacious. Would definitely visit again, thank you!

New quay cottage with amazing views

This was our second stay in Jo's cottage and we are already planning to stay again. The house is lovely and comfortable with fab views. The owner provides lots of useful information and help is only a phone call away. New Quay is as enchanting as ever and the house is a home from home. Can't wait to return.

Perfect Location

The cottage is brilliant and it’s in a lovely location for New Quay and the beach. The view from the terrace, bedrooms is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The seating outside is fab and our little dog loved it. The sun is on the back of the property all day. We’ve had a perfect holiday. The host Jo was absolutely amazing. We accidentally left some money in the cottage in a ‘safe place’ and Jo made sure we got it back
