Villa Malva is situated on the hillside overlooking the beach of Kalamionas and Kassiopi Bay.

The views from this unique retreat , are relentlessly glorious!

This comfortable property offers spectacular views to Kassiopi bay and beaches and the Corfu straits .

An impressive large (40 sq mts) ,infinity pool dominates the outdoors with uninterrupted sea views and amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Al fresco dinning by the pool-or a glass of wine –enjoying the spectacular views and the sunset by the sound of the cicadas the crickets and the sea .

The front door leads into a bright, open-plan sitting room with large openings to the pool and the breathtaking views .



The fully organized kitchen/dining area is open plan with plenty of natural Greek light .

Two Master bedrooms, one on each end of the house,North and South side ,providing top privacy. Each bedroom exits out onto its own terrace,by the pool and the views, and have ensuite facilities.

A children’s or teenagers bedroom situated on the North villa side with bunk beds and second indepentant entrance.

A wooden staircase leads up to the spacious mezzanine level, with ample room for two single beds or one large double.
The third bathroom is by the kitchen opposite the stairs.

The house is a less than a 3 minute drive down into Kassiopi(400 mts), and a short drive from resorts such as San Stefanos and Kalami.

There is a terrace running along the front of the house and around the pool area.


The villa is accessed via a private road running up the hillside and into its own parking bay.

Excellent villa with amazing infinity pool and views over Corfu strait and Albania. Great facilities throughout and really helpful on check in and any help needed during our stay. Close to great restaurants and supermarkets - 10 mins walk using stairs shortcut to Kassaiopi.

Fantastic Villa

We had a great stay, everything we needed was at the villa., a home from home. The views were amazing and kids loved time in the pool. The only downside was the steep hill to get to it. But the views made up for this.

Magical view from the infinity pool

This cottage above the town of Kassiopi is beautifully finished and equipped. The outdoor area is gorgeous with an incredible view and a perfect little infninty pool. There is a steep drive or walk up the hill but we enjoyed being away from the bustle of the town.

Nice place with a wonderful view

The house is a haven of peace with an extraordinary view of the bay of Kassiopi and the Albanian coast (only one downside: the very arduous path of 700m to reach the Villa). You will find all the comfort necessary for a good holiday with a beautiful private swimming pool. The place could be sufficient in itself but we would like to emphasize the great kindness and discreet attention of the entire team of the Villa who watch over your well-being.

Tolle Aussicht

Der Aufenthalt war etwas abenteuerlich, aber schön. Abgesehen von der sehr steilen Auffahrt - unser Mietauto Polo hätte den Berg fast nicht geschafft - war der Ort Kassiopi wunderschön gelegen und die Villa hatte einen super tollen Ausblick. Aufteilung der Zimmer super. Das Geschirr hätte vorher nochmal komplett gespült werden können. Spülmaschine war vorhanden, hat aber nicht wirklich sauberes Geschirr hinterlassen. Aber der Infinity-Pool war halt wirklich schön. :-) Ach ja, und man hatte absolut seine Privatsphäre!!!

We came with 2 of our best friends for a week. Have stayed in Kassiopi many times , and this was another glorious holiday x steep drive/walk up and down to the villa , but the most spectacular views. Villa itself very well set out, spaciousness, clean and everything you could need. BBQ outside which we used. Lovely pool which was maintained regularly . Will def be back.

Great villa with amazing views

Villa was great - the pictures really dont do it justice... views are amazing - lovely pool - well equipped - close to Kassiopi - as others have said it is up a steep hill with a bumpy road/track which our small car struggled with if more than two people in the car ... can be walked as well and there is a slightly quicker set of steps you can take rather than the road...

Lovely villa

Really enjoyed villa malva which was really lovely and private with beautiful views. The villa had everything we needed and the pool with the view of the sea was perfect. Only thing to note it’s up a steep hill which is challenging to drive and even more to walk!

The Villa and view are breathtaking

The villa in up a hill from town which is a challenge in the heat (and a few beers) but once your there it definitely worth it. The infinity pool looking down to the harbor is outstanding. The villa has all the amenities we needed. Julie was so helpful and great with communication. I will hopefully be going again next year.

Great view, steep hill

Very clean, great view but the walk to get there is very steep and in the dark is a little scary. The beds aren't very comfy and because they are metal frames they squeak every time you move. The pool lights didn't work while we were there so couldn't use the pool after 9.

Lovely property with exceptional view

We had dreadful weather but enjoyed being there nonetheless. There's a short climb up a rough track to get there but you get used to it almost immediately; it's easy if you stay in first gear. And then you get the view, so the climb is really worth it. There pool is not huge but it's all you'll need. The house is very pleasant without being exceptional; there is a large living space but the main bedrooms are a bit small. The outside space is adequate and attractive. We had one or two small issues but, generally, the house is well equipped, albeit that some electrical items are pretty old. We thank the manager, Julie, for her help and support while we were there, particularly with advice during the numerous thunderstorms! If you don't know Kassiopi, you'll find it attractive, welcoming and quite busy (during the season); parking is sometimes an issue but not a major problem. There are lots of restaurants and standards are high. We don't think you'll be disappointed if you choose this villa.

Fantastic villa

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids (12,10). The villa was so comfortable and very well equipped. All the comforts of home! Spotlessly clean both inside and out. The pool area was perfect for our needs and so quiet and private. Yes, it’s up a very steep hill but the spectacular views are well worth it! Would highly recommend this lovely property!

First impressions were the villa was stunning, clean, spacious with a lovely pool and patio area. We didn't hire a car so the only problem was (although it was only a ten minute walk into the village) it was a steep ten minutes. Having said that we would stay again.

Traumhaus

Wir haben zwei Wochen einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Eine perfekte Kommunikation mit Julie, absolute Sauberkeit und einen super Service haben wir hier erlebt. Der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Bucht von Kassiopi ist unbezahlbar. Wir haben jede Stunde hier genossen. Ein Boot kann man problemlos im Hafen mieten, um die Küste mit den tollen Buchten zu erkunden. Wir haben hier nichts vermisst und möchten uns ganz herzlich für diesen Traumurlaub bedanken. Dieses Haus empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt weiter und würden uns freuen, hier wieder einmal unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Ein großes Dankeschön an dich liebe Julie und deinen Mann! Perfect family villa

Villa Malva exceeded our expectations. The location is fabulous, just a 10 minute walk to the town (steep hill and steps), amazing views, really well laid out property with well equipped kitchen. Can sleep 6 but we were just 4 so the kids enjoyed their own rooms. Infinity pool and stairs to mezzanine maybe not so relaxing with tiny kids but perfect for us (kids are 9 and 7). Would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return. Thanks to Julie for great communication.

What makes this property unique

Location, location,location!!!

Kassiopi is  a picturesque fishing village that has been converted to a chic holiday resort  mainly with upmarket villas.

Walking the local alleys facing a celebrity  is not a surprise.

You don't have to move from your poolside to enjoy the magnificent views, the fireworks on August 15th, the beautiful view as the ferries glide silently past , take breakfast enjoying the sunrize or enjoying a glass of wine watching the sunset .

The villa is on a hill side which gives it the stunning views, however you can walk down into Kassiopi in around 10 minutes(3 min drive). Immediately at the bottom of the hill you can decide to take a leisurely walk around the headland,(left) which takes you into the castle and the harbour, or to walk(right) through the village to the square.
Kassiopi is well known for the celebrities and VIPs holidaying at the area villas therefore all areas services are premier.
Fine eateries are a must and rather tempting.
Several activities such as boats,horseriding watersports,tennis, etc are on your doorstep.
Golf course at Ropa Valley 35 Kms away.
While Kassiopi itself has a Byzantine heritage and great history.
The fine coastline is rather inviting either to hire a self drive boat or hire a yacht to explore secluded coves and "untouched" beaches.
Corfu town is worth a visit being a UNESCO heritage monument,with its great architecture ,castles,museums and history .
