Ein tristes und abgewohntes Interieur. Helle Deckenspots. (Schlafzimmer) Die Bettwäsche ist alt, dünn und abgenutzt. Kein richtiger Kleiderschrank. Der Heizkessel steht in einem Schrank direkt neben dem Bett und läuft ständig. Bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Kissen mit. Der Vorhang hängt halb herunter. (Badezimmer) Keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Kleidung. Neben dem Waschbecken befinden sich zwei Stangen für Handtücher. Die Toilette hat keinen Wassersparknopf. (Wohnzimmer) Helle Deckenspots, keine Stimmungsbeleuchtung. Kein bequemes Sofa oder Sessel, abgenutzte Esszimmerstühle – kurzum, ein ziemlich heruntergekommenes Interieur. (Nichts gegen Möbel vom Flohmarkt, wohlgemerkt). Und nur ein Set Küchentücher für eine Woche. Auch ein Set Handtücher, aber na ja. (Sie waren gut). Und ein Geschirrspüler ist praktisch. Normalerweise bin ich ein dankbarer und zufriedener Mensch. Aber für den stolzen Preis von 1400 Euro für eine Woche hatte ich ganz andere Erwartungen. Für 500 Euro wäre es einigermaßen akzeptabel gewesen. Der Park ist schön und liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend; er hat ein gemütliches Restaurant. Nächstes Mal probieren wir ein anderes Haus.

Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wände sollten gestrichen werden. Die Sitzauflagen für die Terassenstühle erneuert und Sonnenliegen angeschafft werden. Die der Küchenzeile fehlt mittlerweile einiges an Geschirr und Besteck bzw. kleine Helferlein wie ein Eierpiekser. Die Insektengitter haben Löcher, so dass man die Fenster nicht offen lassen kann. Das Haus an sich ist immer noch schön und die Umgebung läd zu schönen spaziergängen ein.

Das Haus und die Umgebung entsprechen leider überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung und den Bildern, es ist alles sehr abgenutzt und vor allen Dingen überhaupt nicht sauber. Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft eine Ameisenstraße in den Küchenschränken. Der Umgang der Rezeption vor Ort und des Kundendienstes von Belvilla aufgrund unserer Beschwerde ist absolut schlecht gewesen. Die Bearbeitungsdauer sowie das Resultat sind beidermaßen lächerlich. Von einer Buchung des Hauses bzw. generell über Belvilla raten wir dringendst ab!

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt schön und modern. Man ist eins mit der Natur und das war ein großes Plus. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber und das war eine große Enttäuschung. Da wir eine Woche dort waren, hatten wir erwartet, dass es sauber ist. Vor allem, da von uns erwartet wurde, dass wir es sauber hinterlassen, wenn wir abreisen.
