Airy, cool, modern apartment with excellent Wifi in a quiet location 12 minutes walk from the town centre and beach with fabulous panoramic views from across Soller bay, the port and mountains. The apartment has an allocated parking space, private rear garden and a communal swimming pool and sun terrace. This is a perfect place to relax, explore or 'workaway' in the sun.
The living area is large and open plan with a smart TV monitor, DVD player and sound system. We have excellent Wifi. There is a well equipped modern kitchen. The living room opens onto a large sunny terrace with fabulous views while to the rear is the totally secluded private garden with sun loungers, BBQ, arbour, water feature and a diversity of much loved colourful plants.
Downstairs, there are two en-suite double bedrooms both with double beds. Both bathrooms have shower, toilet and basin. The master bedroom shares the stunning views. There is air conditioning/heating throughout.
The apartment is perfectly located for peace, quiet and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and port. The play of the light on the mountains at dawn and dusk is spectacular. In the summer the communal pool is a great place to relax, sunbathe and cool off if you don't want to go to the beach. In cooler seasons it is a great centre for hill walking through the stunning Sierra Tramuntana National Park and UNESCO World Heritage site.
The apartment is located on the 'last line' of Port Soller, backed by wooded open country and overlooked by no one (except the occasional passing goat!); one of the most private and peaceful locations in the Port. At the same time it is really easy to access the town centre: 12 minute walk, 4 minute drive, with a private parking space. The communal pool is accessed via a coded street gate 20 metres from our block. It offers sun loungers and parasols.
Casa Mollie is great for families as well as adults. A box of beach toys and the communal pool are popular with children and there is plenty of space: the two floors, front terrace, rear garden and pool provide a variety of spaces so members of your group can choose to do their own thing or get away from each other when they want. A travel cot and high chair are available.
Please note that we do not include the service or cleaning charges via this VRBO booking site; instead, 140 Euros to cover linen, shower towels and final cleaning should be paid directly to the cleaners on departure. This should be factored into the cost of your holiday. For 'work-away' bookings of 28 nights or more we offer a 10% reduction in daily rate.
Visitors should understand that the apartment is not in a commercial holiday block. We offer a quiet and relaxing place to stay, not suitable for 'party' breaks. Neighbours will appreciate your consideration in keeping noise levels down and you should bear this in mind before booking. Also bear in mind that the cost of the fantastic views is that the apartment is on the third floor and accessed by stairs with no lift. It therefore is not suitable for those with mobility challenges.
We operate self-check-in to allow you maximum travel flexibility. On agreement of terms and full payment we will send you written and video guides of the apartment and comprehensive details for travel, arrival and access to the apartment. There is also a comprehensive information folder in the apartment. You will also receive a series of emails from Guest Admin, a company that we engage to complete your obligatory registration with the Ministry of the Interior. We will reply directly to any questions you may have during your holiday and can call upon a local agent to sort out any problems that require someone to attend.

We had a lovely time at Annie‘s and Rob‘s place. The apartment is beautiful with a front terrace with sea view and a super cozy back yard. You can catch sun any time of the day! The big bed room is very light and nice, the smaller one a bit dark but also totally fine. The location is great, 15mins walk down the hill to the port/beach with nice restaurants. Nice hikes in the immediate surroundings. Communication with Annie and Rob was always easy. We could also do a late check out which was super appreciated. Would recommend the hosts and the place! Thanks so much for having us!
We had a great stay at Casa Mollie! The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, and both the front and back terrace were stunning. Loved seeing the occasional goat in the beautiful backyard!

A fantastic spot with incredible views. The apartment is lovely, particularly the outside spaces. The shared pool is excellent too! Walk to Port de Soller is more like 15 minutes especially in the heat. Annie and Rob very helpful with local advice. All in all an excellent stay, many thanks!
Perfect stay, excellent location! Funny thing on the last day was chasing a goat, which came from the neighbor. The goat was harmless and left the way it entered the garden before. A lot of fun for the children.

This lovely apartment in Port de Soller has a wonderful view, is tastefully decorated, and has great outdoor spaces. It is sited high on the hill above the port, so best if you enjoy walking up and down :). The hosts were especially helpful and responded quickly when we needed assistance. We would be delighted to stay there again!

Great alternative to a hotel
We really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in Port Soller in an apartment.
It was a quiet location, lots of stairs, but it improved our leg stamina, but would not be ideal for people with mobility issues.
The apartment was well equipped and user friendly.

Really enjoyable stay at this beautiful apartment. Even more beautiful than pictures show. Had everything we needed. Beautiful balcony with panoramic views and lovely back patio area filled with plants. Pleasant walk down to port de Soller and back.Taxis were also only 8 euros from port to apartment Will hopefully return.

As two senior adult couples we throughly enjoyed our weeks stay in this wonderful apartment and we would highly recommend it! It was beautifully and comfortably furnished, with a delightful assortment of serving dishes and cooking utensils making it a pleasure to cook and eat “at home” and the view off the front deck was fabulous.
We also enjoyed starting our day with breakfast on the beautiful back patio. Often we would be visited by a mother and baby goat- other than that- complete quiet and privacy- so relaxing!
Our stay at Casa Mollie was absolutely wonderful! The VRBO pictures are accurate but it's even better in person. The townhome was clean and cozy with amazing mountain and Port views. There are two terraces filled with beautiful plants and flowers. We just loved having our morning coffee and evening wine on them! Also, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Rob and Annie are fantastic hosts and very responsive to any questions you may have. It was truly an incredible trip and we would not hesitate to stay here again when we visit Mallorca.

Duplex was exactly as described. Immaculate inside with fabulous views. Pool little walk down to road then up again but huge with lots of loungers and umbrellas and again fantastic view. Loved waking up to beautiful views from
bedroom on the front. Great exercise down to the Port took 17 minutes. Neni in Bikini beach hotel great meal out and nice and close. Would recommend to stay here, but you do need to be able to cope with steep steps to top floor. Robert and Annie excellent at communicating throughout.
We loved our stay here - the view from the veranda is breathtaking and the apartment is such a high standard of both facilities and design.
We’re a family with 2 daughters (10 and 7) and we all enjoyed the pool, plus the fantastic air con (during a particularly warm July)
The fabulous food, shopping and beach in the Port is a 15mins walk (5min drive) down a steep hill, but perfectly do-able and there’s a handy taxi rank if the walk back up feels too much.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Casa Mollie. What a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean very well decorated and equipped. Everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and the views from the balcony were truly breathtaking. Easily the best apartment weve stayed at.
The WiFi was excellent and the girls made good use of the smart TV. The walk down to the beach took about 15 minutes all downhill/down steps and the walk back was good exercise although we often took a taxi if we were bringing shopping back.. Port de Soller is just so beautiful with a large choice of restaurants and bars. Very nice atmosphere. Excellent communication with Annie and Rob.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most certainly return.

Well equipped and situated apartment
We arrived later than expected but this was no problem with the friendly housekeeper. The apartment is well situated for the port and Soller town is a very short drive away. Most afternoons were spent by the pool after a trip out in the morning- early if you want to avoid busy beaches. The pool and seating area have plenty of sunloungers and only once was it full.
The apartment itself was a home from home, a well equipped kitchen made self catering very easy. The air conditioning was very effective and comfortable in the evenings- insect repellant needed in the evening is a must if you sit outside. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Where to start? The apartment was everything as described and some! To sit on the balcony and take in the view over the beautiful port, with the backdrop of the magnificent mountains was such a joy!
And, as if this wasn’t enough, there’s the gorgeous pool with equally superb views!
The apartment was spacious, bright, well equipped and very comfortable. As others have said, the walk back up from the port is all uphill and there are plenty of steps up from the town and up to the apartment but a great way to work off the superb food and drink consumed while we were there!

We came to Port Soller in 2015 and fell in love with it, buying this fabulous apartment in 2016. When we're not in Soller we live in Brighton, England where Annie works as a glass artist and Rob is now a writer and musician following a long career in education. His first novel, On West Green is available on Amazon.
Why they chose this property
The apartment has excellent Wifi and is perfectly located for peace, quiet and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and port. The play of the light on the mountains at dawn and dusk is spectacular. The communal pool is a great place to relax, sunbathe and cool off.
Beautiful scenic walks are easily accessible. At the same time the apartment is really easy to access the Port or the town of Soller: 12 minute walk, 4 minute drive. The private parking space makes life easier.
It is great for families as well as adults and ideal for 'workaway' as well as a leisure break. Between the two floors, front terrace, rear garden and pool you will have a variety of spaces so members of your group can choose to do their own thing when they want. The apartment and garden are loved; not just a commercial property. Not suitable for 'party' breaks.
What makes this property unique
As the apartment is located on the last line of Port Soller it is totally secluded to the rear. The rear garden is backed by wooded open country. It makes it one of the most private and peaceful locations in the Port.
