The bottom of the villa consists of 3 bedrooms with 3 large beds (2 in 160 and 1 in 140) Two of the bedrooms overlook the garden directly and have reversible air conditioning. The third is located as an extension of the living room behind a removable partition .The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric stove with built-in oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a washbasin. The toilets are separate. The villa is equipped with a television and internet connection. Outside there is a garden table with 8 armchairs and a large barbecue. The garden consists of a terrace and a small path that leads to a private swimming pool secured by a gate.
Petanque ground and Ping Pong table. We have a cot and a child's bathtub.

Happy holiday near St Tropez

Good first impressions of the town of La Croix Valmer and the area surrounding the villa, with plenty of marked off-road parking spaces next to the property. Welcomed by Axelle who showed us around. Three good size double bedrooms, 2 with A/C and one with a fan. Kitchen with cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, everything you need plus a big gas BBQ grill outside. Internet high speed and never went down. Pool was larger than it looks in the photos, good size. We were so happy here. Short 1km drive to a supermarket in one direction and to a quiet beach with lots of parking for 3 euros rue de pardigon. Easy to get to St Tropez or Pampelonne beaches (via the Gassin route, not the shorter very windy death road). Ordered takeaway a few times also via Uber Eats with no issues. Hope to return.

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie mit 2 Hunden da und konnten eine ruhige entspannte Zeit verbringen. Die Gastgeberin wohnt mit im Gebäude aber ist sehr diskret und kaum zu sehen. Die Raumaufteilung ist super. Natürlich ist auch alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist eine tolle Person, die hilft wo es nur geht.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und eine tolle Gastgeberin

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und haben vor allem den traumhaften Garten und den Pool sehr genossen. Unsere Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich begrüßt und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Ort und die Strände sind ebenfalls sehr schön und nicht weit.

Wir haben die Zeit in La Croix Valmer genossen. Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr netter Gastgeberin. Schnell am Meer und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Pool war bei der Hitze Gold wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Una villa accogliente di una donna dolcissima

Villa in zona tranquilla con bello spazio esterno con grande tavolo,sdraio e piscina ad uso personale. Tre camere di cui due con porta finestra e comodo accesso al giardino. Nelle vicinanze spiaggia di sabbia libera o attrezzata, market e ristoranti vicino alla spiaggia. La signora Axelle è davvero accogliente. Alloggio consigliato per visitare l'area circostante Saint Tropez.

Un rêve...

Mit schwerem Herzen und dem festen Vorsatz, wiederzukommen, haben wir die Heimfahrt angetreten. La Croix-Valmer hat uns als Ort verzaubert, das Meer uns viele schöne Stunden ohne Hektik oder Massentourismus beschert (und das im August) und die Villa mit dem wunderschönen Garten und dem wirklich sauberen, abgeschiedenen Pool uns das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist die absolut herzliche Gastgeberin, die an Unkompliziertheit nicht zu überbieten ist. Ein tatsächlich wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der schön geschnittenen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung liegt nun hinter uns - wir können sie wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Gute Raumaufteilung, gute Betten. Kleine Küche ungünstig aufgestellt (keine Einbauküche), großer Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlschrank. Schöne Terrasse. Ca. 2 Stockwerke tiefer Pool, sehr sauber. Die Top-Vermieterin wohnt oben über der Mietwohnung. Sehr hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig zurückhaltend.

Kleines Paradies zum wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und gekrönt mit einer tollen Terrasse mit Garten. Etwas tiefer gelegen war der phantastische Pool mit Liegen. Schön🤩

Es war einfach fantastisch eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung von der Hausdame. Sie war steht’s bereit uns zu verwöhnen und hat uns sehr wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt ..wenn wir den ganzen Tag am Strand verbracht haben oder auf dem Boot hat sie sich liebevoll um unseren Vierbeiner gekümmert. Zum Abschied gab es Tränen, denn wir haben uns sehr lieb gewonnen. Und wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Eine außerordentlich freundliche Gastgeberin

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Highlight ist definitiv der Pool, der zur alleinigen Verfügung steht. Es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Schattenplätze verfügbar. Zu betonen ist auch die außerordentlich freundliche Gastgeberin, die jederzeit bemüht war uns bei unseren Anliegen zu helfen, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto 5 min entfernt. Im Ort selber gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für einen Grosseinkauf würde ich einen größeren Supermarkt empfehlen. Der Bäcker im Orthat sehr gute Baguettes und die Pizzerien sind auch sehr lecker. Wir bedanken uns von Herzen und wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend fahren sollten, würden wir jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Es war uns eine Freude! Merci!

Bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon accueil, gentillesse et discrétion des propriétaires. La situation est très agréable. Le jardins et la piscine sont appréciables, beaucoup de verdure et de tranquillité, sans aucun vis-a-vis. La maison a une décoration un peu rustique et pas très actuelle mais qui n'est pas gênante pour le séjour. Dans la cuisine, il manque des verres et des couverts sympas en nombre plus conséquent et identique. En revanche, la salle de bain est limite car il y a de l'eau sous le carrelage du sol. Il suffirait de quelques améliorations pour que ce soit un petit cocon idéal pour les vacances.
