Villasimius facing the sea

Villasimius - A few meters from the beautiful beach of Simius, chalet portion with large garden, 2 bedrooms, (one double and one with bunk beds), living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea. Ideal for those who do not want to travel by car and want to enjoy the tranquility of the deserted beach already early in the morning or stay on the beach until sunset without worrying about having to queue in the car to return to the country. Ideal for 2-3 adults or a couple with 2 children max 3.
In the garden there is an outdoor shower (cold water only), ample parking space and a barbecue area and gazebo for outdoor dining.
Villasimius, with its shops and its premises, is just over a kilometer away and easily reached by bike. The nearest Market (located at the residence Altura) is approximately 250 meters.
