About this property

Spectacular terrace overlooking the sea

House in the historic center, pedestrian area, with independent entrance, completely renovated in 2015. Living room (with double sofa bed) and bedroom with French bed and a half French bed with sea view; kitchen, bathroom and large terrace with beautiful sea view.
Equipped with hot / cold air conditioning / dehumidification.
Located in the heart of Peschici but convenient to all services (bars, restaurants and shops).
Alley central but far from the night chaos.
For those who want to go to the beach of Peschici it can be done by walking down the alleys that lead to the different shores.
Car parks available outside the historic center: both a blue zone for a fee (3 min. Walk), and in a non-paying area (max 10 min. On foot).
N. B. Due to the location of the house and the internal structure, the house is NOT suitable for families with children under the age of 6.

My origins are in Puglia where I used to spend many months a year when I was little.
I always visit this land and often and often I hope to do.
I have been travelling a lot, lived abroad and I am now living in Torino.
During Summer I almost never move from Peschici :-)

Why they chose this property

My parents bought this small house many years ago but it has been used for very short times.
My brother and I, together with my parents, decided to renovate it, also to give new life to the old town which is now trying to live again and not only in summer.
We tried to respect the deep soul of the place, using materials and colors typical of the area. Furniture were present I received, belonging to the place as well. I hope to give live with a modern touch to our traditions.
The small house is of about 44 sm with a large and fantastic terrace facing the sea which makes it somehow magic in each hour of the day and all in all seasons.
I consider it to be a magic place to enjoy and restore your soul all year long.

What makes this property unique

The terrace is maybe the top, the masterpiece of the house.
Great view on the sea with incredible sunrise which will leave you breathless.
I love and find very charming the few high steps (as it was in the past) you need to take to be in front of the door from where other high steps will let you in the living room and its window on the sea
