Great stay!

Just as listed. Great location in the Zona Romantica, steps from the beach and plenty to do. Building and condo itself were beautiful, modern, and very secure. Roof pool has a great view! Check in was super easy as well. Thank you!

Communication

First of all, we had travel insurance and we’re trying to change our dates. We got nowhere with that so we were told every day someone would call us about changing just one day only. Nobody ever contacted us. After that we get there and we find out there’s a parking garage and they never told us there was a parking garage so that was a nightmare. After they knew we had a car they gave us the remote for the garage. The second to last day we were there we got locked out of our room because the door would not open. We sat there for two hours in the middle of the day while they fixed the door. Overall, I get this place two stars.

Our booking was cancelled upon arrival in Mexico

Do not book through My PV Rentals. I called when we arrived at V177, the agent hung up on me and would not answer my calls. I received an email saying that my reservation was cancelled and I was refunded. We were stuck in the evening in Mexico with nowhere to stay and I spent the first several hours of our holiday on the phone with VRBO who put us up in a very basic hotel. We went to the My PV Rentals office the next day and the manager who was absent at the time never did return my call. BEWARE!!

Aunque el Departamento está en un primer piso y no tiene una buena vista, la ubicación, la alberca y jacuzzi en el rooftop son excepcionales. También tiene su propio gimnasio con todas las medidas de sanidad. Es ideal para parejas que están buscando estar en la mejor ubicación y una linda alberca para ver los atardeceres. El acceso a invitados es muy restringido.

We had an excellent stay at this bright, comfortable, and convenient apartment.

This apartment was perfect for me and my husband. A beautiful home in a well-equipped building. The apartment has plenty of space, a well-appointed kitchen, two luxurious bathrooms, and two balconies to enjoy the outside air. The pool and hot tub on the balcony are gorgeous and relaxing. The condo is conveniently located one block from the beach, walking distance to many delicious restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this apartment to any visitors to Puerto Vallarta!

Staying in the Best Location Ever! Romantic Zone Puerto Vallarta

We could tell from the pictures that it was a beautiful place, but it exceeded all hopes. The property manager was very helpful in getting us set up, answering questions, etc. The listing was very complete in outlining everything there was to know about the apartment, and it was all true. New, clean, modern, excellent WI-FI. PV is very compact and noisy, but the location is just on the edge. You know you are in a city, but protected from the loudest traffic noise. Plus, the unit is fairly soundproof. We had 4 days by ourselves, then joined by another couple who stayed in the same building. Wonderful amenities, great rooftop terrace with pool and hot tub. Too sunny in the day, but I suspect as the sun moves further north in the spring and summer, it will be perfect. The saturday farmers market is just there, a few minutes away, and not to be missed. The owner has provided a book outlining directions for the apartment and good nearby restaurants.

Staying in Paradise again!!!

Currently Staying in this superb condo. This marks my 3rd stay in this condo and it's become a very comfortable vacation. The condo, the grounds, the property staff, and owner are all amazing and so very helpful. The pictures of this property does not do it justice. Immaculate detail has been given to this condo with a great taste and amenities that would make any discerning traveler feel at home. The Condo is located in the Romantic Zone just minutes to Los Muertos Beach and in close proximity to Puerto Vallarta's night life. We always go to the local restaurants a like to be treated like locals! We feel at home every time we come to PV and stay in this condo.

Great Condo and Perfect Location

I had a wonderful stay in PV and can't wait to return. This property is STUNNINGLY beautiful; It could grace the pages of any design magazine. Just beyond the pool you have a perfect view of the ocean!!! The condo is in a perfect location. No need for a car, we walked to great bars, restaurants and shopping. Beach, Ocean, Pool, and Entertainment, we were in the middle of it all. I will will stay here again for sure and will highly recommend this condo to anyone. Don't forget to to go to Coco's Kitchen for Breakfast every morning since it is just around the corner!

Loved this condo!!!

We had a great stay - and the host was extremely responsive in answering questions prior to the trip and during our stay. The pictures match and the place was very clean. The host was extremely professional in his interaction with us and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. He was onsite and on-time for the key release as well as the pick up. Overall, if i came to PVR again, I would rent this condo again!!!

Awesome Place!!!

We had an awesome stay and the Condo and extra amenities were incredible. The condo is immaculate. The pool and surrounding areas are incredibly serene. The host was very helpful. The Wi-Fi worked all of the time which was very important to us. The experience was view fantastic!
