Two bedroom, each with queen beds, flat screens, wall safe, wifi, each bedroom has a in suite bathroom. The living room has AC as well a hot tub and a flat screen. 3 blocks to the park. Building is under 24 hour video. You have all ATM's and a supermarket within 3 blocks from the apartment. You have buses and taxis on the corner of the apartment. All cooking utensils includes, towels, sheets, washer dryer. Strong wifi. great for 2 single people or 2 couples. 2 bathrooms. safes in both closets. Skylight. ground floor no problem for person with handicap. Wall safes in both closet. You can have guests at your apartment never a charge. We ask you to ask that they Have ID. You do not need to pre-register your guests, it's your apartment.

New Year’s Eve

Location, location, location excellent! However none of the outlets are working but two or three in the entire house. Most of equipments include the jacuzzi partial work… Laundry machine not at all , salamander not at all… there is a leek in the apartment ceiling by the jacuzzi… so if it’s rains there are tremendous water in the floor … Also that rooftop area if raining make so much noise… however there is always something every night… one night power outages, another fire alarm etc 😊 ohh and the hot water… I msg the owner but of course no response.. throughout my trip .. This was my first time in Colombia, and I love it… so I’m back. The price for this apartment is fair but fairly can be much lesser … Sincerely Zsolt

Excellent location, extremely easy check-in. The place was in good condition; loved the hot tub. Owners and managers were attentive and friendly, answered all questions and took care of any issues promptly.

Fun Spot

The location was great and we felt very safe. Only issue was the hot water. It kept cycling hot and cold while in the showers. Not fun taking freezing cold showers.

He’s correct on that. But since his stay we installed a new Renaissance water heater. Seems to have fixed the issue. Second there’s a trick here. Turning on the sink let’s say creates a second source of pressure and kicks on most water heaters. I think I told him this but he still wished report it. Anyway this place is 3 blocks from bars. Ac hot tub washer dryer internet. Costs $90 a night. He had a room mate. For the whopping $45 each only thing I would say is if I was renting this is wow what a great deal.

Great location. Never go hungry on this block, good restaurants next door and across the street. Close to everything. Condo has all you need for a comfortable stay. Had a blast in Medellin.
