On top of a hill, in the heart of a village

This 1 bedroom holiday home replaces an old cowshed, hence the name. It has all the benefits of its rural location with all the modern facilities you may wish for and stunning views from the private roof terrace (access by internal stairs only). In the distance you can see the Adriatic Sea on a clear day.

1 kingsize bedroom en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and shower over, bidet and toilet.

In the open plan country style living space there is a fireplace, full kitchen and stairs leading up to the roof terrace.
There is also an extra single bed and a an extra separate toilet with bidet.

Outside furniture provided.

The apartment is situated in a very strategic place very near Locorotondo and Alberobello, and only 25 minutes drive away from the nearest beach.

Fantastisch

Wir haben die absolute Stille in der fantastischen Natur genossen und uns in Ivettes Haus rundum wohl gefühlt. Es entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Ivette ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!!

schöne Woche!

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich total ruhig, Yvette ist sehr nett, hat viele Tipps und kümmert sich sofort um jedes Anliegen! Der ehemalige Stall ist wirklich schön ausgebaut, Fußböden und Bäder, alles sehr edel gemacht. Einzige kleine Anregung: einige Möble könnten vielleicht doch mal erneuert werden, auch im Außenbereich.

Das Haus liegt optimal um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Fahrrad bzw. mit dem Auto zu erreichen

Ivette war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Um das Haus gut zu finden, GPS Daten bei Google map eingeben.

Fijn vakantiehuisje

Voor twee personen is het een fijn huis. Alles is aanwezig. Veel plekken rondom het huis om te zitten en te relaxen. Voldoende steden in de buurt om te bezoeken. Het strand is een half uur rijden. Op loopafstand ligt het dorpje San Marco met een kleine supermercato en een bar. Enig minpunt: je hoort 's nachts de cv-ketel in de ruimte naast de slaapkamer aanslaan en een tijdje opladen.

Cadre pittoresque

Nous avons passé une semaine fort agréable dans un appartement propre, confortable et frais malgré la température élevée à l’extérieur (aux alentours de 30 degrés). Conforme à la description, les photos ne rendent pas la beauté des lieux, plus particulièrement les vues des deux terrasses. Nous recommanderons sans réserve un séjour chez Yvette sans hésitations.

Une très jolie maison au milieu des trullis

Très jolie maison avec superbe terrasse et joli jardin, bien située pour visiter Locorontondo et Alberobello. On peut aussi déguster du vin et de l'huile d'olive à Olympia , dans le village de San Marco, juste à côté. L'accueil est charmant. Seul bémol, la maison est un peu difficile à trouver.

Natur pur und urgemütlich

Guten Tag, nach einer längeren Irrfahrt sind wir endlich angekommen und mehr als belohnt worden für die Geduld des Suchens. Eine traumhafte Dachterrasse, riesig groß und ein phantastischer Ausblick. Jede Mahlzeit haben wir dort oben eingenommen. Unter dem kleinen Sonnensegel hat man selbst die süditalienische Mittagshitze gut aushalten können (ganz ohne Klimaanlage). Vor dem Eingang wachsen Küchenkräuter wie Salbei, Rosmarien und Basilikum, die besonders aromatisch schmecken. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe der benachbarten Trulli herrschte eine große Ruhe und Stille, in der man sich perfekt erholen kann von jedem Großstadtstreß. Die italienischen Nachbarn waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es waren zwei wunderbare erholsame Wochen für uns. Vielen Dank nochmals an Maria, die uns auf den rechten Weg gebracht hat. Dank auch an Signora Anna, die sich um alles gekümmert hat, aber kaum sichtbar dabei war. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße von Jörg und Petra aus Burgdorf

Perfect Stop

We had everything we needed at this apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the quiet, country atmosphere. As it turned out, we never met our host, Ivette, but she responded immediately to any questions that we asked via email. The wifi was excellent. We felt well looked after. It was a comfortable driving distance to Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martina Franca. We would recommend the Old Cowshed on the Hill. This was our first stop from Canada. Hermann & Cheryl

Calme au milieu des Trulli

Location très agréable pour 3, très bien équipée.La terrasse à l'étage est bien agréable l'été car il y a plus d'air . La maison est située à la campagne, belle vue sur la campagne environnante, dans un petit hameau de trulli très beau, c'est très calme mais pas trop loin de toutes les commodités. Idéal pour visiter Alberobello et Locorotondo, mais aussi pour se reposer. N'oubliez pas votre GPS pour trouver la maison ! Merci Ivette pour votre gentillesse .
