Delightfully situated in a charming, residential, QUIET hamlet along the Rance estuary but only 5 mins from the resort of Dinard with its beaches, 8 mins from St Malo - walled city terminal ferry , 20 mins from the Medieval city of Dinan and only 40 mins by car of Mt St Michel.
This renovated 18th Century cottage with original oak beams and open fireplace, just close to the village La Richardais, is in Cancaval's cove (only 1min walk by a little path in front of the gate), at 300 metres from typical castle (Montmarin - Château des Corsaires XVIIIème, with its superb park;
It benefits of beautiful Nature surroundings, views and nearby nice walking paths (GR34 at gate) beaches (first one 1 min walk).
Large sunny enclosed private garden overlooking the Rance Estuary (1000M2). Off road parking.
Fully equipped for comfortable modern convenience: through lounge , dining-room with nice view overlooking the garden (large double glass door), fully fitted kitchen opened on the dining-room.

Idyllic little cottage, very peaceful and quiet.Great access to La Rance for open water swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding etc.Veronique is a great host and very knowledgeable about the area.Plenty of options for eating out and St Malo only 20 minutes drive away.Property doesn’t have WiFi, but mobile phone signal is strong enough for decent internet access.

Pour un couple qui aime la nature , le calme et la tranquillité Eden Cove est superbe !Une petite maison avec un grand jardin au bout d ' une petite impasse, au bord de la Rance.......merveilleux! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et habitent juste à cotéde la maison de vacances. De là vous pourrez faire de superbes excursions, Dinard, St Malo et Dinan, Fort la Latte ou le Cap Fréhel sont pas loin . Mais aussi le magnifique GR 34 , plusieures belles plages de sables et des baies fantastique sont très proches. Nous avons apprécie notre séjour . Claudia , en juillet 2026

Jolie petite maison au calme dans un grand jardin, correspondant à la description, accueil sympathique de Véronique et localisation exceptionnelle près de la Rance. La maison est très propre, a tout l'équipement nécessaire et une très bonne literie. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe, kein Verkehr, von den Nachbarn hört man vollkommen nichts. Gleichzeitig ist man in wenigen Minuten in St.Malo, Dinard oder Dinan. Die Eigentümer sind einerseits stets erreichbar, gleichzeitig unsichtbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, gute Dusche, gute Matratzen. Einfache Schlafräume, das Wohnzimmer sehr gut. Da es Ende September abends kühl war, haben wir das offene Feuer im Kamin geliebt. Wir hatten hier sehr schöne Tage

Bijzonder aardige ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Stond een heerlijke lokaal gemaakte fles appelsap klaar en ze had leuke tips om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Wij hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving met mooie wandelingen aan de kust, op de fiets naar Dinan en saint-malo maar bovenal van de gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw en haar man. Dank je wel voor deze unieke ervaring.

Das Haus hat dicke Mauern und ist kühl. Wir haben im Juni die Heizung gebraucht. Der Garten ist sehr groß und sehr gut gepflegt.

Gite très bien situé au bord des rives de la Rance. Endroit très calme situé dans une zone naturelle

Les cités historiques de Dinan, Dinard et Saint -Malo sont très proches, ne pas oublier de les visiter, c est un régal. Le littoral nous offre de belles vues. La côte d’Emeraude doit être visitée.

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description et la localisation est idéale avec possibilité de faire une jolie marche face à la Rance depuis la maison. Le calme est également très appréciable ainsi que l'accueil de l'hôte. Je recommande ce logement et vous remercie, Anne-Sophie Le Floch

Excellent séjour sous le soleil breton et dans une maison agréable et cosy où l'on se sent très bien. Emplacement idéal au bord de la Rance et très proche de Dinard, Dinan et St Malo! Véronique est une hôte très accueillante et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires! Des attentions touchantes et conseils précieux. Je recommande vivement!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr ruhige Lage, 200 Meter bis zur Rance, sehr nette Vermieter, gute Einweisung, besonders hervorzuheben ist der Garten und eine Vielzahl von deutschen TV Sendern. Zum Meer muss man allerdings mit dem Auto fahren. Dinard und Saint Malo sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
