Lovely modern villa in a quiet location

We'd highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing time away in a quiet location in nice surroundings. It's a modern well equipped villa which has been finished to a high standard and it had everything we needed for our week away with the family. Jenny made us feel very welcome and was on hand to offer help with any questions we had throughout the week. Overall we couldn't fault anything and would definitely stay here again if holidaying in this part of Spain in th future.

Family Holiday in Fortuna

The property is even better than the pictures on VRBO. Well kept, modern, clean, A/C in all the bedrooms and the salt water pool was very welcome with temps in the 40+C. Parking on the property was available and secure with a gate. The BBQ came in handy on a couple of nights where we ate in. All in all a wonderful stay. Jenny was excellent to communicate with before and during our stay. This home is highly recommended.

Our policy has always been to refrain from charging guests for additional electricity costs. Instead, it serves as a gentle reminder for them not to run the air conditioning non-stop. With four efficient air conditioning machines in the house, guests can stay comfortably cool while being mindful of energy consumption. Additionally, we do have a minimal fee of 30 euros for an unclean barbecue, intended to discourage guests from cooking repeatedly without cleaning up afterward. This practice often leads to stubborn, baked-on residues that become quite challenging to clean after a few days. Upon discovering that Jerome and his family had used our beautiful and expensive ornate tiled top side garden tables for cooking, resulting in unsightly oil stains and cracks on the tiles, I felt truly devastated. It's disheartening because we have thoughtfully provided a designated barbecue in the garden for all cooking needs, making their actions unnecessary and harmful to our property. Indeed, it's truly disheartening that Jerome and his family went ahead and cleaned the grease from their plancha in the garden, causing more grease stains and an unpleasant smell. Despite having a fully functional kitchen sink inside the house, it's puzzling why they didn't opt for that more appropriate option. Their lack of consideration and disregard for our property has left us feeling both frustrated and disappointed. We take great pride in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our garden and home, and it's unfortunate that their actions have caused unnecessary damage and inconvenience.

October Break

Third time in this villa, Jenny is so kind and the villa is lovely. There is a pool now which was a great surprise. We love our week in Fortuna at the banos. Thermal spa and great food. A perfect antidote to the winter blues.

Merci JENNY.
