Beautiful villa with swimming pool and garden in Grasse

Our 100m2-ground floor house is ideal for a family of 2 to 3 children with a car. There is though an extra bed which can accommodate a 6th person.
It is composed of a great, completely renovated main room, including american kitchen, eating corner as well as sofa corner with fireplace and piano with air-condition.
Office corner with internet and TV utilities with big french window opening to the garden and pool.
The garden is very green and cosy, with terraces, eating and sunbathing corners near the pool.
The english-speaking house lord lives on the first floor, which is completely independant.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Just wonderful!

Gus warmly welcomed us on arrival, Sophie a short while later after we had settled in. The apartment and the pool were clean and just lovely. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to cook, eat and drink. The location was fabulous, there is a fresh pasta shop, 2 bakeries, a butchers, a grocers, 3 pizza restaurants, a bar / restaurant, a Casino supermarket and more a short walk away. Despite having all this on your doorstep, the apartment was quiet, wonderfully rustic and we had the best time! I made firm friends with the cat and chickens, I will really miss them! Thank you Sophie and Gus for letting us borrow your beautiful home. My only regret, we couldn't stay longer!

What a happy holiday!!!

We (a family with three children age 6, 7 and 9 years old) rented the apartment for three weeks. And we could have stayed there even longer! The house and the neighbourhood had everything we needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. There are supermarket, bakery, spesialized shops for seafood, wine and meat within 5min of walk. The houseowners were very nice and helpful. They gave us input on what to do and what to explore. We visited the nearby cities like Tourette Sur Loup, Mougins, Mouans-Sartoux, Vence, Nice and the market there. We also went further away to the museum at Quinson, watched the beautiful lavendel and sunflower fields the plateau de Valensole and stayed overnight at Moustiers St Marie. At the lake of Sainte-Croix we rented pedal boats and enjoyed time in the canyon. The driving back home at the Canyon where awsome. The castle at Trigance might next time have visitors for a night ot at least for a good meal. We also visited the tourists beaches of Juan le pins. At the house, there is everything you'll need. Outside you have the grill and an excellent place to take some time away from the sun. The pool is great and we had a lot of fun there. We would recommend it for a peaceful an exploring time. If we should plan to go back to the Nice-area this is certainly a place we could like to stay again. Thank you for the rental, Sophie:)

Un doux séjour parfumé...

Séjour du 18 au 25 août 2012. Avons passé un séjour très sympa dans ce petit coin de paradis au calme et pourtant non loin de la croisette de Cannes. Nombreux petits villages provençaux à visiter aux allentours, superbe lac où l'on peut se baigner dans une eau chaude et turquoise, sans oublier les visites des parfumeries de Grasse dont on ressort dans une bulle de parfums. La piscine permet de se rafraichir en rentrant des ballades et enfin l'accueil des propriétaires est vraiment très agréable :) !

VILLA TRÈS CALME ET REPOSANTE A UN PRIX ABORDABLE

J'ai été agréablement surpris par la tranquillité de cette villa.nous recherchions le calme et la tranquillité, chose que nous avons trouvé. Nous avons aussi découvert énormément de site a visité aux alentour de grasses. nous avons passé d’agréable vacances avec cette terrasse aux bord de la piscine également. Cadre a conseiller a des amis.

Le calme et la tranquillité sont effectivement des éléments que l'on recherche pendant ses vacances et que l'on peut redouter de ne pas trouver sur la Côte d'Azur. La situation de Grasse et de notre quartier St Jacques permet d'être au coeur de la Côte d'Azur et aussi de l'arrière pays qui offre plus d'espace, moins de circulation et une nature et des villages magnifiques.
