The house is situated in a small village of the Côte Fleurie, with a living area of ​​approximately 80m2 on a plot of 1000m2 garden with apple trees. It consists of a main room with dining room and kitchen, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
The outdoors offers a private and enclosed parking, a 30m2 terrace and a large garden. All in a quiet and relaxing environment.
The village of Saint Gatien woods in the center of 4 major cities in the region (Deauville, Trouville on sea, Honfleur, Pont Bishop) about 8kms each. Also at 1km from the village center with all shops available.

Friendly host, ample parking and nearly an acre of enclosed orchard for children/pets. Property is a little dated but very spacious. Village centre about 15 min stroll with 3 restaurants a patisserie, butcher come deli and general store that also has a Bar. Chemist across road. Great base for towns and villages to visit all about 15 to 30 minutes drive several with great beaches.

It was perfect!

The owner was very gracious and kind. The property was perfect for our dogs, having an enclosed, large garden. The location was peacful and near to the sites. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the property overall and felt it had a lot of potential; however, we were somewhat disappointed with the standard of cleanliness and the condition of some of the linens.The bedding was noticeably stained, including one item with what appeared to be a blood stain, and some of the bedding and towels appeared quite old and well used. As a result, we chose to purchase our own towels and bedding during our stay for added comfort.We also observed that the fridge did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.It is a shame, as the property itself could be excellent. With additional attention to cleanliness and an update of the bedding and towels, we believe the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

Wij hebben een paar fijne dagen gehad. Het huis is ruim, schoon, basic ingericht. Zowel de hond als wij hebben genoten van de ruime tuin. Houden dit zeker in onze gedachten voor een volgende keer

Il faut passer par une chambre pour accéder à la deuxième. Il y a un rideau pour donner un peu de privé à la première mais ceci vous prive de le lumière de jour. Pas de problème pour des familles ou des gens décontractés mais comme même une surprise. Tout marche et les équipements sont bons, mais peut-être un peux vieux jours. Le jardin et les meubles du jardin étaient excellents. Honfleur, Deauville sont à proximité, ainsi que le golf de Deauville St Gatien.

Maison qui paye pas de mine, chambres propres, mais cuisine pas au top. Jardin quasi clos et grand, bien dégagé, idéal pour mon toutou. Pas de gène des avions. Emplacement proche d'Honfleur. Très bon séjour.

Super Unterkunft, riesiges Grundstück, wundervoll herzliche, flexible und jederzeit erreichbare Vermieterin! Wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben - die Unterkunft ist toll, für Ausflüge in der Umgebung - privater Parkplatz zudem, wir wären sehr (!) gerne länger geblieben!! Einziger Hinweis vielleicht: Ohne Auto ist es ein wenig schwierig, Orte, Supermärkte etc. zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto wiederum ein Katzensprung.Un très très grand merci!!

Nous avons passé 5 jours (3 adultes) et notre pinscher nain qui nous suit partout à St Gatien des bois pour visiter les alentours (Honfleur, Deauville, Zoo de Cerza, etc...)1) concernant la procédure d arrivée de ce logement : nous avons demander à Madame PREVOST si nous pouvions arriver vers 14 h au lieu de 16 h. Il n y a eu aucun problèmeA notre arrivée, Madame PREVOST nous attendait et nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire. c est une personne charmante, disponible, accueillante, chaleureuse et nous avions une bouteille de cidre et une petite boite de biscuits de la région qui nous attendaient, petits présents bien sympathiques !Concernant le logement : logement exactement conforme au descriptif. Environnement tres calme et bien situé (15 mn environ de Deauville, 27 mn de Lisieux ...) Rien ne manque au niveau vaisselle, literie tres confortable, etc...Nous avions meme des serviettes de toilette à disposition (nous avions les notres mais bien pratiques pour ceux qui oublient !)Le terrain est bien clos ! idéal pour nos amis à quatre pattes qui sont acceptés ! Notre chien s est éclaté !!! 1000 metres carrés !!et pour le départ, lorsque nous avons rendu les clefs, nous avons rencontré Monsieur PREVOST qui est tres sympathique.Conclusion : logement à recommander sans probleme tant au niveau confort, gentillesse des proprietaires, et situation de ce logement.Nous concernant, nous reviendrons !

Parfait

Un endroit au calme et proche de tout. Boucherie, boulangerie, bar et restaurant à 700m.La maison est bien équipée, le terrain est grand et clôturé, idéal pour notre chien. La terrasse plein sud et le barbecue nous ont fait passer de belles soirées.
