This unit has all the amenities to enhance your summer vacation.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 full baths, easily sleeps 8. Centrally located for easy access to restaurants, nightlife and family amusements. Garage parking for 2 cars. Owner rents to Families or groups over age 25 only, non-smoking, no pets.
Rents Saturday to Saturday JULY & August . Rest of the Months are flexible.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

No dishes left in the sink or dishwasher. Empty refrigerator. No trash be left in the unit. Turn off lights fans etc. LOck and secure all doors and windows.
Dont forget your chargers , eyewear , check bathrooms especially behind doors.
Leave unit tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ID Required. Registered guests only. No visitors permitted.Renter must bring properly bagged trash and recyclables to the curb on trash day

This rental was perfect! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the convention center, boardwalk, and tons of great restaurants. Everything was good for the most part. Clean, quiet and comfortable temps. Ceiling fans should be dusted and the bunk beds were very squeaky when sitting on it as was tossing & turning Host should mark keys so renters know which key is for which doorsI would rent again

Nice spot

Great spot, we’ll stocked, nice patio overlooking the fireworks and a busy corner. Bagel shop and ice cream nearby is nice. One of the beds was very squeaky. Would definitely stay here again.
