The clède Leonie awaits you in southern Ardèche overlooking the medieval town and castle of Largentière.
Largentière in the small southern Ardeche prefecture at your disposal with all shops, doctor and pharmacy. The house is located 5 minutes walk from the village center.
20 Ks you can explore the gorges of Ardeche (with its canoeing descents), the arch bridge but also the cave of Bow Bridge listed Unesco heritage, if instead you search the calm Ardèche plateau can accommodate you for a day at the foot of Mount Gerbier rush (birth of the source of the Loire).

A truly wonderful little Gite

We have just had the most wonderful week in this Gite. The house is clean, filled with charm and equipped with everything you need. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and local chestnut jam. The pool was wonderful: salt water which was a nice surprise so no nasty chemical smell. The view from both the Gite and the pool area was amazing. My family included a 4 year old and a 7 year old.... they had so much fun in the pool and there were games and puzzles in the cupboard which they enjoyed finding. We could happily walk into Largentière, easy walk down into town but a little more challenging on the way back up! But the 4&7 year olds managed so it is worth leaving the car behind! The owner, Sabine, could not have been more helpful. She helped us arrange pony trekking for our children and remembered it was my daughter’s birthday on the last day and popped round with a little present! How lovely. We would recommend this Gite to anyone: families or couples, it is the base for a wonderful holiday. We hope to return to the Ardeche in the future, when we do this Gite would be our first stop. Die ruhige Lage oberhalb des Ortes hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Der Ausblick vom Pool oder beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist einfach fantastisch. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich.

Charmantes Landhaus über den Dächern des Dorfes

Wir haben unseren Urlaub einfach nur genossen: das Haus ist liebevoll-urig im Landhausstil mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Natur und die Aussicht sind wunderschön, ob beim Essen unterm Weinlaubdach oder vom herrlichen Pool aus. Das unterhalb des Anwesens gelegene Dorf Largentière ist sehr hübsch und die Umgebung bietet viel. Sabine, unsere Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und haben für uns ein wahres Paradies gefunden!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick auf Largentière, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Unser Hund war auch willkommen und konnte sich frei bewegen, da der Außenbereich komplett abzuschließen ist. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

TOP-Lage, Natur pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Sabine sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt idyllisch oberhalb von Largentière. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben das rechte Schlafzimmer mit den Einzelbetten benutzt. Zu zweit in einem 140 cm breiten Bett, war uns zu wenig. Anregung an den Vermieter: Vielleicht kann darüber nachgedacht werden später ein 180cm breites Doppelbett zu installieren.Die Treppe nach oben war etwas steil. Ist also nichts für ältere Personen > 70 Jahre. Den Pool hätten wir gerne benutzt, aber die Schwarzalgen haben uns davon abgehalten.

Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Landschaft.

Das Ferienhaus ist schön und ruhig gelegen und bietet viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie gibt sehr gute Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Der Poll war bei über 40° C Gold wert.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in der Ardeche

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei Sabine, die sehr freundlich ist. Das Haus ist ganz zauberhaft und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen und der Pool ist grandios! Der Ort Largentière ist in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein echtes Juwel. Auch unser kleiner Hund war willkommen und hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und der Blick traumhaft. Meine beiden Söhne haben den tollen Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Bei unserer nächsten Ardeche-Reise kommen wir gerne wieder.

Très jolie maison dans un environnement calme et agréable

Expérience parfaite avec cette location. La maison est très belle avec ces pierres anciennes typiques de la région. L'environnement est très calme. Idéalement placée, celle ci permet d'avoir des activités diverses et variés en Ardèche. De plus tout est très bien organisé et préparé par Sabine. Merci à elle. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé avec nos petits-enfants un agréable moment dans la maison de Sabine. La maison est très bien située surplombant le magnifique village de Largentiere. Nous avons bien apprécié le dévouement et la gentillesse de Sabine. Je recommande cette sympathique maison dans cette magnifique région de l'Ardèche.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans un cadre magnifique. La maison, adaptée à 4 personnes, est fonctionnelle, bien équipée. L'environnement est très calme, la vue magnifique, la piscine top. La propriétaire est très gentille, arrangeante, discrète. Notre semaine a été trop courte!

wunderschöner Ort

Es war ein Genuss. Innen ist alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Außen ist es ein Traum mit vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen und einfach nur gucken. Frühstück unter Weinranken, am Pool den Blick auf die Stadt oder die Olivenbäume auf den alten Terrassen über dem Haus genießen...wunderbar. Die malerische Felswand wo sich der Verbindungssteg zum Pool lang zieht ist auch irgendwie Klasse. Fürs Auto gibt's genug Platz... Auch 3 Räder bekommt man trocken untergestellt. Aber ca. 16 Uhr Ende August ist keine Sonne mehr am Pool, aber die Stadt leuchtet dann richtig toll. Der Pool ist wie es scheint nicht gechlort... unsere Kinder konnten gut mit offenen Augen im Wasser toben...einfach Spitze. Gegen die Hitze in der oberen Etage helfen Ventilatoren. Der Ort selbst ist auch sehr sehenswert und es gibt einen gut sortierten Supermarkt.
