All new wood floors, full size washer & dryer, WIFI, nicely furnished including all kitchen utensils/appliances, sofa-sleeper, TV/DVD, and don’t forget the private deck where we’ve provided you with patio furniture and a gas grill. There are 2 single King size beds, a single queen and a queen size sleeper sectional sofa.

Amenities & Recreation- The many resort amenities include an outdoor pool with sundeck, swim deck, heated indoor pool and hot tubs, tennis, picnic area with playground, lighted and covered boat docks, fishing with cleaning station, boat ramp, and nearby boat/trailer storage. Spacious Condo

This is a nice, quiet complex. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. There is a walk area by the lake for evening walks with plenty of ducks and turtles to feed. The condo itself was clean and very spacious, which was nice for our party of 6. Most needed items for cooking were supplied in the kitchen. On the down side, we purchased meat to grill, but the bbq grill didn’t work. It looked as though the bbq grill had not been used in ages. Towels, one small bar of bath soap, and one small bar of hand soap were provided per bathroom. We would recommend the host provide at least 2 bars of each soap per bathroom for stays lasting more than 2 or 3 days, or renters being advised to bring their own. We discovered that the sliding glass door in the master bedroom did not lock. Fortunately, this condo is an upper level condo which helped offset any security concerns. Lynda was very easy to work with. We appreciated that she called and left a message prior to our stay letting us know that we could contact her with any concerns. We would stay at this condo again.

Wonderful weekend

We had a great time here for July 4th weekend. The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend, was well appointed, neatly decorated, very roomy with plenty of space to visit with friends and the location within the complex was outstanding! Most of the unit was very clean upon arrival but some details could have had a little more attention to bring that rating up to a 5. We will definitely be looking forward to staying here again!! Thank you so much!

After managing the On-site Rental Program at Southwood Shores Resort for 6 years she jumped at the opportunity to open her own management company when the homeowners association had no choice but to close down the onsite rentals.

Lynda’s diverse property management experience ranges from the operation of historic urban communities and high-rise downtown Dallas developments to an established Lake of the Ozarks community. Lynda was instrumental in the development of VRLOZ.COM (Vacation Rentals in Lake of the Ozarks) onsite policies and procedures in the intricate business of condominium resorts.

Lynda has served on the Executive Board for Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Rental Association, Southwood Shores Rentals, and the LOVRA Public Relations Committee for 6 years. She is a Past President of Lake of the Ozarks Rental Association. Lynda became a Certified Apartment Manager® (CAM) in 1997 and acquired her Missouri Real Estate License in 2006 and reestablished in 2014.
