Park of 6000 m2 raised .Local secure for bicycles and motorcycle. 1h beaches of Royan .possibilities of many hikes in Haute Saintonge. Free leisure center in Montendre 2 kms. Jonzac and his cure at 15 kms.
In winter the house is heated by 2 stoves. The owner will have everything on 6 hours before your arrival.
A wood supplement will be requested depending on the quantity.
