Ancient country house in stone, independent and fully renovated in 2016. On the ground floor, a living room and a brand new kitchen corner, with a large double sofa bed, TV, dishwasher, fridge, oven and gas. And complete kitchenware. On the first floor, bedroom and bathroom, with washing machine. Around the building, small green area with Provencal vegetable garden. Just below, a large private garden with sea view, arbor of wisteria and jasmine, equipped for outdoor dining. Gas central heating, up to 5 beds. Outside, private parking.
The location is the absolute peace and quiet, being at the end of a short driveway. nonexistent traffic, suitable for children. The sea is within walking distance, with a path through the Mediterranean, or in the car, or, in the summer season, with a small town bus.

Great spot with lovely hosts

The place is delightful and the hosts are lovely, helpful and warm. We had an terrific stay. For families: The path down to Bonassola is steep, but we managed it fairly easily with our 3 and 6 year old if we took our time (20 mins down and 40 miss back).

Oase van rust

We had a wonderful week at Casa del Rosmarino. The garden is very private and has a truly stunning view of the sea. The surroundings are so beautiful! The owner welcomed us very warmly and gave us lots of useful tips (public transportation, restaurants, etc.).All in all, a wonderful memory!

Beautiful place to stay

We had a great time in Bonassola. From the garden you could see the sea und walk there in about half an hour. The house is good for warm climate, because it is made of stones.

Mountain top retreat

Had a great time at Casa del Rosmarino. Quaint but had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. A walk down the mountain (20-30min) gets you to a wonderful beach in Bonasola. Hosts were very kind and helpful. We'll be back.

A place to rest, dream and enjoy

We spent wonderful and peacefull days in this small house where everything is available! Very lovely landlord. 6 min by car or bike down to the sea which waits with cristal clear water and a gorgeous little town. Good place for cycling if you love steep roads.... 5 Terre 5 min by train.... This place is strongly recommended to max 4 pers. with a heart for nature, Italy and peacefull evenings. Bernhard

Neglected but beautiful location

The surroundings are breathtaking however the apartment is quite neglected with stained lamp shade, window/door screens that are loose and do not secure window or door frame making them useless to bug entry. 3 adults read coffee maker instructions and pot did not work. Bathroom and bedroom doors are glass and see through with doors that locks do not work. Achille was easy to reach and responsive.

Bewertung:Der Ort ist interessant und angenehm ruhig – ohne Massentourismus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Dennoch war unser Urlaub leider nicht so erholsam, wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten. Es gibt einige Punkte, die bei der Reiseplanung unbedingt berücksichtigt werden sollten, da der Aufenthalt sonst schnell anstrengend werden kann.Anreise und Lage:Es ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert, mit einem größeren Fahrzeug anzureisen (wir hatten einen SUV). Der Weg zum Haus ist extrem schmal – gerade breit genug für unser Auto – und dazu sehr steil und kurvig. Teilweise hing beim Rangieren sogar ein Hinterrad in der Luft. Zudem lagen auf dem Weg scharfe Steine, und seitlich verläuft eine Regenrinne aus Beton mit scharfen Kanten. Leider haben wir uns dadurch einen Reifen beschädigt und mussten kurz vor der Abreise den Abschleppdienst rufen und vier neue Reifen kaufen sowie einen Mietwagen organisieren – die Kosten lagen in etwa so hoch wie unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt.Zugang zum Strand:Wer morgens nicht spätestens um 8 Uhr am Strandparkplatz ist, findet keinen freien Parkplatz mehr – was auch bedeutet, dass man keinen Platz mehr am Strand bekommt. In unserem Fall musste einer zurückfahren, während der Rest der Familie am Strand blieb. Damit unsere Kinder baden konnten, mussten wir täglich um 6:30 Uhr aufstehen – was im Urlaub natürlich wenig entspannend ist.Ein Fußweg wurde uns als Alternative genannt: etwa 20 Minuten steil bergab nach Bonassola. Wanderurlaub mit 2 Hunden

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau dem, was ich mir zuvor aufgrund der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatte. Sie ist abseits gelegen, aber die Fahrt nach Levanto zum Bahnhof oder zum Einkaufen ist erstaunlich kurz. Die Wohnung ist mit Herd, Backofen, Spül- und Waschmaschine sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Aussicht auf Berge und Meer ist fantastisch. Großes Lob an die Gastgeber, die sehr nett sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub mit Orangenduft

Wir waren Ende Februar in der Cinque Terre und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Localita Camminata. Die Lage ist einzigartig und der Ausblick ein Traum. Wir haben den Blick von der Terasse auf Bonassola und das Meer genossen. Sogar mit einem Sonnenuntergang. Das Wetter war zwar oft kühl und regnerisch, aber die gemütliche kleine Unterkunft hatte für zwei Personen alle Annehmlichkeiten und die Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Achille war ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, die Beschreibungen alle sehr ausführlich und genau. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, dass sogar Kochmuffel, wie ich keine Ausrede finden. Es hat uns sehr gut getan diese kleine Auszeit genieße zu können und die wundervolle Landschaft und die kleinen Dörfer ohne den Ansturm des Sommers erleben zu können. Für einen erfüllten Urlaub sollte man gut zu Fuß und ein bisschen unerschrocken beim Autofahren sein.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Sommerurlaub in der Casa Del Rosmarino verbracht. Für uns war es genau die richtige Unterkunft. Viele Wanderwege sind unmittelbar vom Haus aus zu erreichen. Der Strand ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Hin- und Rückweg sind gut zu bewältigen, zu bestimmten Zeiten fährt ein Bus. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt 2 wunderschöne Plätze, die es ermöglichen draußen zu Sitzen, um z.B. zu Essen. Der Internetauftritt zeigt die Gegebenheiten im Haus und im Außenbereich sehr realistisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank!

Vue sur mer époustouflante

Location dans un lieu très paisible avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Le jardin est agréable,manque deux transats confortables et le bain à remous noté dans la description. Luft nach oben.

Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und der Garten ok. Die Treppe ins OG eine Zumutung und gefährlich für Ältere und kleine Kinder. Die Kücheneinrichtung hat Luft nach oben.

Vacances agréables dans un endroit calme

Nous sommes restés dans la maison pendant 15 jours. Un cadre magnifique à partir duquel de nombreuses villes peuvent être visitées. Magnifique littoral où il est agréable de se baigner et de faire du vélo. Maison, jardin et parking entièrement conformes à la description. Propriétaires agréables toujours prêts à aider. Gîte également équipé de tous les outils (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, ustensiles de cuisine, ventilateur, etc). Ligne de bus gratuite pour la plage à proximité. Fortement recommandé pour ceux qui veulent échapper à la vie trépidante..
