We have had an excellent stay in Calvanico. The house is lovely and the setting is pleasant, surrounded by olive and hazelnut trees. We were made very welcome by the owner, Roberto.

We had a very nice week at Villa dei Faggi

We had a very nice week at Villa dei Faggi. The house is very quiet and idyllic, but close to the main routes to visit the area. The access road was a bit steep but that did not bother us. The lower part of the apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom and the upper one with the huge bedroom and bath are connected only through the terraces - make sure you always carry keys with you. A very friendly elderly lady with her son, lives in the other part of the house. There are also dogs, cats, chickens, hazelnut trees, rosemary shrubs - Italian country life! The owners are very friendly and helpful, everything was nice and easy.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa dei Faggi verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig umgeben von Haselnussbäumen und Rosmarinsträuchern. Trotzdem ist es nah genug an den Verkehrsrouten, um die Gegend von Neapel bis Amalfi zu besichtigen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Gleich am ersten Abend haben wir uns ausgesperrt, und Roberto, der Sohn des Vermieters, ist sofort von Salerno aus hergekommen, um uns zu helfen. Das Obergeschoss mit großem Zimmer und Bad sowie das Erdgeschoss mit Küche, zwei Zimmern und weiterem Bad sind nicht innen miteinander verbunden, sondern nur über die Terrassen. Daher immer die Schüssel bei sich tragen! In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt noch eine liebenswerte, ältere Dame mit ihrem Sohn. Einige Hunde laufen herum, sie sind aber freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

Wunderschönes Haus!

Es war wunderschön dort, allerdings ist die Auffahrt zum Haus nur mit dem Auto möglich und leider ein ganz furchtbarer weg. Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Umgebung auch. Alles war sehr schön

Great experience, so close to an Italian family

Great experience, so close to an Italian family! It was quiet and very clean. Overall it was fantastic and I hope to return as soon as possible. Roberto's parents [the owners] are very kind and I'll never forget Nonna and her fantastic family. Very good and fast service from Summer In Italy.
