Fantastic holiday

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely little apartment. Cannot fault the apartment it is so well equipped with everything you need. The air con is excellent just what you need with the lovely french weather. It is ideally situated for visiting all the areas and although we hired a car you can easily bus/train to everywhere you want to go! Literally the beach is under a 5 minute stroll. Lastly the pool was fantastic with the most excellent hosts. Thank you for the gorgeous cake and flowers from the great hosts

Feel like home in Villeneuve

We had a lovely week in June in this comfortable apartment. It is very private in the back of the house. You don’t hear any noises, but it is still only a 2mins foot walk to the beach, the nearby supermarket and restaurants. The car parks safe inside the compound wall. The nice garden as well as the perfectly maintained and heated swimming pool is for the use of the guest. The outside shower and toiled in a small cabin next to the pool is something really unique and helps a lot in comfort. The kitchen was equipped well, here is especially to mention that the pots/pans and cutleries have been in a very good condition compared to so many other places. The outside sitting is perfect at any daytime, the small roof of the terrace gives a shelter of the sun. You can sit and dine in the sun or shade – almost the whole day. The hosts are very friendly people: decent and there in case of questions and help needed. Merci à vous deux - ou quatre ;-)

We always appreciate when holiday-makers show their happiness after spending a week in our rental, especially when they feel like home and when they happen to be like friends. It was our pleasure to meet and discuss, mixing our native languages (German and French) and English. I would like to point out that you left us a very clean apartment ant you took care of the pool very carefully. I was sorry about the the fridge that was making water inside (because of the door not closing properly), but now the problem has been fixed. And a special thank to Neo who left us some very nice and descriptive drawings of the property. I wonder if I should not publish them in the property advertisement of the internet site. I am sure it should make our rental even more attractive. We (all four) would really enjoy to welcome you all another time in Villeneuve-Loubet, with some new improvements of the accommodation. Thank you to you three for your kindness.

Ein insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Christian ist ein sehr umsichtiger Gastgeber, der bei Fragen immer erreichbar war. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, alle technischen Geräte waren neu und in Ordnung (nur die Beleuchtung über dem Herd funktioniert nicht, etwas dunkel :-)). Hier hat alles gepasst. Der Pool verdient natürlich eine 10+ aber auch die Lage ist spitze. Bäcker in 100m und Supermarkt in 300m Entfernung. Dazu das Meer in 500m. Christian und seine Mutter sind immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt an der herbstlichen Côte

Die Herbstwoche in Villeneuve Loubet war sehr angenehm. Christian und seine Mutter sind perfekte, professionelle und diskrete Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und wir konnten sogar noch den Pool nutzen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Besichtigung von Antibes, Nizza, St.Paul de Vence.

Un excellent séjour dans un bien de qualité

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement très agréable, au calme, disposant de tout ce qui peut faciliter le quotidien (avec en prime l'usage à titre privatif d'une piscine, et d'un parking sécurisé). Ce logement se situe qui plus est à côté de toutes les commodités (magasin Casino, nombreux restaurants etc.) et de la plage. Des prestations de qualité et un super emplacement si vous souhaitez découvrir cette belle région en toute tranquillité, ou simplement profiter d'un joli petit havre de paix. Un grand merci également à Christian et sa maman pour leurs attentions (bouquet de fleurs, gâteau). Ce sont des propriétaires attentifs et sérieux, sans pour autant être intrusifs.

Bel emplacement, parfaitement entretenu, au calme, avec une belle piscine, à proximité de commerces, de restaurants et de la plage. Correspond tout à fait à la description. Les propriétaires sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Cette belle location nous a servi de base pour visiter la région (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Sanremo). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Séjour reposant avec de nombreuses visites

Nous avons passé une super semaine reposante avec de nombreuses visites dans la région à moins de 20 kilomètres de l’appart de Christian qui nous a reçu chaleureusement. Le gîte est fonctionnel, il correspond aux photos, dans une rue au calme, très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine (nous avons pu nous y baigner mais l’eau est encore un peu fraîche 22 degrés fin avril, ce n’est que le début de la saison). Le gîte est très bien situé : les commerces et les restaurants sont au bout de la rue, avec de belles avenues pour se promener le long de la mer. Nous reviendrons car la région est magnifique et regorge de sites à visiter. Merci pour l’accueil et les bonnes attentions ainsi que le gâteau.

Appartement très bien équipé, très propre et très bien situé : mer et commerces à 300 m tout en étant dans un quartier calme. La piscine privée est un atout, on se baigne à n'importe quelle heure. Casa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. La piscina è stupenda e il proprietario ogni mattina se ne prende cura. Christian e sua mamma sono persone gentilissime e mai invadenti. Spiaggia e principali servizi a pochi minuti a piedi.

Le Paradis

Très belle location ,à deux pas de la mer et de tous les commerces.La piscine est grande et très agréable . les propriétaires sont charmants et d'une très grande discrétion .On se sent vraiment chez soi avant d'etre chez eux.Appartement très sain et climatisé, le linge est fourni (votre lit est fait à l'arrivée !!) ce qui est un plus non négligeable.L'hypermarché est ouvert jusqu'à 22 h tous les jours (21 h le dimanche ) , accessible à pieds en 2 mn. Il n'y a AUCUNE nuisance bien qu'en ville . N'hésitez pas à explorer la région en train (25 mn à pieds de la gare).Bref on reviendra avec plaisir !

Merci pour tous ces compliments. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez pu découvrir notre région un peu grâce à notre location. Nous vous sommes reconnaissants d'avoir bien pris soin de l'appartement. Dans la foulée, nous y avons ajouté un plat en pyrex et un plateau pour débarrasser la table, car nous sommes toujours à l'écoute des vacanciers. Bon retour au boulot et une bonne rentrée scolaire à Anna. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous vous accueillerons une nouvelle fois, si tel est votre souhait.

A good base for travelling around the area, and to relax in - very peaceful and private.

The property is very clean and well equipped for a holiday stay. The pool is lovely and large. Close to beach, shops and a selection of restaurants. Contact with owners was at right level - they were on hand to answer questions, but not intrusive. A nice touch was having some home baking offered - which were all delicious! The apartment has all that we needed as a couple - but we would have felt it a bit small for more than 2 people.

Magnifique!

My husband and teenage daugther stayed in this appartmenet 10 days July 2018. We really enjoyed ourself. The interiour is small, but have everything you need. It is very clean and fresh. The swimming pool is superb and the garden is really beautiful. The location is perfect; close to everything you need and just a quick walk to the beach. The best, however, is the hosts! Christian and his mother were the perfect hosts. Living in their house gave us a feeling of not beeing in a tourist area. Christian was always available for questions and really service oriented. His mother and her dog charmed the three of us so much! However, the way the apatrtemment is build - gave us a lot of personal space. The hosts were very sensitive to our privacy which we also appreciated. We would love to come back to a beautiful place and the warm and kind people. Ellen, Norway.

kleines Paradis

Kleines Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und moderne Küche/Salon. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheit, Möglichkeit zum Grillieren, Liegestühle und grosser Pool. Wir waren zu zweit da und haben die Ruhe genossen. Wir hatten den ganzen Innenhof für uns alleine. Christian und seine Mutter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und diskret. Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche da. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
