The quiet 1950s historic ranch house neighborhood is a short walk away from Creamery park & dog run, Four Peaks microbrewery/restaurant, Infusion coffee/tea shop, several restaurants, free city shuttle service to ASU/downtown Tempe and light rail service thru Mesa, Tempe, Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix. Short drive to Tempe Marketplace shopping center, Sunny's diner, and grocery stores such as Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Target. Chicago Cubs spring training center and several freeways very close by.
