Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH.
The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :)
Simple but functional.
Privacy like no other.

The Beach House has two independent floors but the ground floor is accessible to guests.

There are two single rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a double sofa-bed in the living room.
There is a crib (travel bed) available.

Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). When I'm there I'll be glad to help you any way.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Caparica. With being about 30 mins from the airport and 30 mins to the city in an uber was convenient when we decided to adventure out. We loved how close the house was to the beach and to Cabana na Praia (we went here multiple times during our stay trying out their cafe, pastries, delicious hamburgers & sangria… very well priced also). We didn’t know about the 200 meter walk in sand to the beach house so that was a surprise & a struggle carrying all our luggage then our groceries. Overall it was a good experience.

David and his family are very welcoming hosts and made us feel right at home. The house is basic but that is exactly what fits this living on the beach experience. Even the friendly neighbours on the next dune treated us like beach royalty, spoiling us with nice treats. Because the house is sheltered by its'private dune, you won't notice anything of the hussle and bussle on a busy beach day. Great place for families which we definitely recommend and we hope to be back one day ourselves.

A beautiful spot close to Lisbon and on the beach!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! We combined walks on the beach with our kids with good food and wine in Lisbon in the evening. The drive to Lisbon is only 20 minutes. Great place that we can recommend!

Beautiful getaway

The house is very nice and the perfect place to escape your daily routine. It is located directly on the beach which has beautiful white sand and nice sea. We have spent some very peaceful and relaxing days and have enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are very nice and left us some supplies (including coffee, bread, water) for the first day so we did not have to rush to the supermarket as soon as we arrived. A very nice extra is the outside grill which was easy to handle and a very nice experience, having your own barbeque on the beach. Overall it was a wonderful experience and highly recommendable.
