We spent 9 nights at this property, and it did not disappoint. On arrival, Federica was there to greet us and was incredibly helpful. She provided all the information we needed and then left us to enjoy our holiday in peace.The house and grounds were beautiful—ideally situated for both relaxing at the beach and exploring the surrounding area. There are also some fantastic local restaurants nearby.I would absolutely recommend this property, and if I visit the area again, it's definitely where I’d choose to stay.

We’ve had an amazing week in this palace – that’s what we would call it. The house had everything we needed, and our host Federica was always easy to reach if we had any questions. She even treated us to a delicious cake and a bottle of wine, which we are very grateful for – fantastic service!In other words, a magical little hideaway up in the mountains that is truly worth a visit! You get so much value for your money here.Thank you for this time! We really hope to come back, as one week was far too short!!!

This is the most wonderful Villa. It is a large house, lovingly renovated to bring modern convenience without taking anything away from the breathtaking original beauty of this house. The first day was a special joy of discovery, as every closet turned out to be an impeccable en-suite, and every cupboard, opened to a beautiful hidden window. The patio is divine, with Linden trees, and an olive grove all around. The morning bird song, the panoramic views, the welcoming kitchen, everything about this villa is so stellar. I miss it already. Oh, and fireplaces! So many fireplaces, which I love so much. It was our first time staying in a place with a fireplace actually in our bedroom. Thanks so much to Federica for hosting us at this gorgeous rental for a few days. Netta from Canada

Encantadora casa de campo

Pasamos una semana muy agradable a pesar de un par de días de clima adverso. Federica es simpática y muy reactiva. La casa tiene un encanto muy especial, además de todas las comodidades que necesitas para pasarla bien. No dudaremos en volver si pasamos por la región.

Perfekter Urlaub

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt; von der frühen Kontaktaufnahme, der prompten Beantwortung unserer Fragen, der Begleitung bis zum Check-in durch Federica, sowie das Haus und die Umgebung. Amazing property

Amazing property - somewhere in between a big house and a castle, with great view of the countryside with olive trees. Great location if you want to combine the countryside with access to the sea (Cattolica, Rimini). Very helpful host, giving good advice on local restaurants and vineyards. I can highly recommend this place!

We stayed again at this great place and the second time was just as enjoyable as our first stay. Wonderful house, awsome grounds, great location, nice hosts, you cannot go wrong renting this place (except if you book it for the time we would like to come).

Awesome place, great stay

The house is very spacious, has a splendid view and the huge surrounding property is great for walks through the olive groves. Having seen the pictures, we had high expectations, but the house and property surpassed them easily. Communication with the host is easy, quick and she is always very helpful and responsive. The property is ideally located for day trips and the beaches are easily reached. Thank you, Federica, we hope to be back soon.

Das Haus ist perfekt wenn man sich erholen und seine Ruhe haben will. Es liegt etwas abgeschieden und man hat viel Platz und Freiraum für sich, herrlich! Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Blick bis ans Meer ist traumhaft und so beruhigend. Federica ist eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sehr willkommenen und gut aufgehoben. Ich kann dieses Traumhaus nur empfehlen und komme bestimmt wieder.

Very pleasant

It was a very pleasant stay. Federica was very helpful and gave us as much space as we wanted. It's a very secluded area but if you want to get away from the hectic life it's the perfect spot. The house is just incredibly beautiful.

Wünderschön gelegenes Haus

Das Haus ist fantastisch, sehr gut für mehrere Personen geeignet, Sz alle mit eigenem Bad großer Garten, toll ausgestatteter Küche, nur die Kaffeemaschine fehlt, hier gibt es nur einen italienischen Mokkabrüher. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in der Region sehr schön, wäre aber sehr schön gewesen, wenn wir eine Klimaanlage in den Sz gehabt hätten, es war wirklich sehr warm, aber es war uns ja bewusst, daß dieses Objekt keine Klimaanlage hat. Es war auch sehr sauber innen wie außen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit super viel Platz

Wir waren 5 Tage in dem Wundervollen Haus. Es liegt auf einem Berg und man hat eine Traumhafte sich über die Hügel und auf das Mittelmeer vor Rimini. Um das Haus ist ein großer Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen, Pinien und einer großen Rosmarinhecke. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war einfach und man hat über WhatsApp immer schnell eine Antwort auf Fragen bekommen. Sogar ein Tages-Trip auf dem einem Segelboot konnte vermittelt werden. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Objekt.

Amazing holiday location

The house is simply beautiful, comfortable and has a lot of character! We enjoyed every minute of our holiday and we will definitely come back one day. Frederica is super nice - she helped us with information and tips of what to do and where to eat in the area.

Stilvoll urlauben

Wunderschön restauriertes Haus oder eher Villa. Ruhige Lage auf einem riesigen umzäunten naturnahen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und Wald. Auf locker angelegten Wegen kann man sich hier schöne Plätzchen zum Relaxen suchen. Von der Terrasse aus weiter Blick über die umliegenden Täler. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne alte Möbel. Das Masterschlafzimmer und der Speisesaal sind die absoluten Highlights des Hauses. Insgesamt 3 vollausgestattete Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad. Küche top ausgestattet für die Großfamilie. Wenn man dann abends die schweren Türen verriegelt, kommt man sich ein bisschen vor, wie in einer kleinen Burg. Mit Auto ca. 25 Min. zum Meer und genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ein paar Kilometern. Vermieterin sehr aufmerksam und fürsorglich. Wohnt selber nicht am Haus. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Federica

Einfach klasse!

Wer die Landschaft der geschwungenen Hügel Norditaliens mag und gleichzeitig ca. 30min Fahrzeit zum Meer in Kauf nehmen möchte ist mit diesem Ferienhaus bestens beraten. Top und großzügig ausgestattet und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war einfach nur gut und hilfreich! Passt rundherum, eine echte Empfehlung!

The countryside is lovely and the house not far from Pesaro, the sea, Urbino, san marino : very well located. Wonderful garden full of fruits trees. Federica made a lovely welcome. The house is just like on the pictures. A little palace. Very huge house, huge bedrooms, huge bathrooms and very very nice furnitures. Highly recommended.

Espectacular

El lugar perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de esta parte de Italia. La casa es mejor aún de lo que parece en las fotos. El trato de Federica es exquisito: estuvo atenta a todas nuestras necesidades y nos proporcionó todo lo que necesitamos. La zona es muy tranquila y perfecta para hacer algunas excursiones interesantes a los pueblos de los alrededores o a la playa. Pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia. Muy recomendable.
