The apartments are spacious and bright two-room apartments, two of which are attic. Each two-room apartment has a private bathroom with shower, a large double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed and an external balcony with mountain views. The two apartments on the first floor are equipped to accommodate disabled people. Each apartment has free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, clothesline and sheets provided. The laundry room, equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, is for common use. At guests' disposal there is a common déhors equipped with tables, rocking chair, deckchair and umbrella. Free private parking is guaranteed.
A few meters away from the apartments you can find a mini market and several bar-restaurant-pizzeria.
Also in the surroundings you will find other restaurants, shops with typical local products and tobacconists.
The building is also in a strategic position for all the activities to be carried out in Bionaz: the structure is in fact a few meters from the start of the cross-country trails, snowshoes and winter / Nordic Walking. Behind the structure there is also a small Snow Park and, always a few meters, adjacent to Lake Lexert there is a small playground.

Perfect fot hiking

Friendly owner, Stable WiFi, Clean appartment and well equipped. Many hikingtrails in the area and BBQ/picknick areas within a 2 minute walk. Beauiful mountains. Supermarkt is an 30 min. drive.

ho soggiornato con mio marito e i miei cani, la casa molto accogliente, cosi come la signora Claudia, la proprietaria, che è stata sempre presente per ogni necessità e gentilissima. Torneremo sicuramente, perchè oltre ad essere molto carina la valle, permette innumerevoli possibilità di escursioni, per ogni grado di difficoltà e, altra cosa molto importante per chi come noi ha al seguito pelosi, non ci sono restrizioni di accesso per loro, come invece accade nei parchi di altre vallate del circondario.

Agréable séjour au calme dans une charmante vallée

Appartement très accueillant, décoré avec goût, bien équipé (ce qui est plutôt rare). Propriétaires très sympathiques et de bons conseils pour de magnifiques randos dans une nature sauvage et préservée.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Umgebung

Tolle Lage fast am Talschluss die sämtliche Outdooraktivitäten zulässt. Nette Vermieter, saubere Unterkunft. Aosta liegt ca 15 Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!
