- very quiet house located near a river 5 m from all trade, 15 m of Albi classified UNESCO World Heritage, 10 m of cape discovery leisure park (zip line, summer toboggan, swimming pool, ski summer) of the lake of roucarie (swimming, canoeing, sailing, horse riding)
