POOL SEASON IS FROM APRIL TO THANKSGIVING. POOL HEATER IS TURNED ON ONCE TEMPERATURES ARE CONSISTENTLY 60 DEGREES AND UP.


CJ's Paradise is a semi-oceanfront home with a private heated pool, cabana, hot tub and volleyball court. 8 master bedrooms, so there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy an awesome OBX vacation. A recreation room on the lower level offers a movie room and foosball table for lots of family fun. The sand volleyball court in the backyard is included in your cottage stay. Beautiful beaches are just a short walk away.

Venture out to many of the local restaurants, shopping and many family activities.

The public beach access is to the south at Small Street offering easy beach access and public parking. It’s an easy 7 min walk or a 30 second drive if you wanted to drop off. You can also rent golf carts to be dropped at the cottage. DTB:2100 feet.

House sleeps 21 in bedrooms + 4 on queen sectional pullouts if helpful.

Bottom Level: 2 bedrooms
Queen Master Suite, King Master Suite, Half Bath, Game/Movie Room, Pullout sectional sofa with queen, Access to Pool Area (Sleeps 4 in rooms and 2 on the pullout couch)

2022 additons include new King furniture on 1st floor, new bunks, fresh paint in most of the cottage, new sectionals and new smart TVs in every room. 2023 additions include new GE Washer/Dryer, new King Bedset on first floor, new queen frame on top floor, lots of new bedding, new roof, new sliding glass door top floor.
