A pavilion very well exposed in a secure residence with common swimming pool from the 2000s, including 2 terraces in front and behind, a main room with equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with bath and wc. Upstairs, a bedroom with closet, and a mezzanine bedroom still with closet as well as a 2nd individual toilet. Private parking on one of the terraces. Only 800m from the sea and 15 minutes walk from the center of Valras. New in 2017 air conditioning. Located 15Kms from Beziers and near the Canal du Midi, 60Kms from Montpellier, 95Kms from Carcassonne, and 135Kms from Pertus. We are in love with this magnificent region ...
