Tastefully updated traditional Chania home. The harbor is mere steps away, as are an array of excellent restaurants. The rooftop terrace has sweeping views and a lovely morning and evening breeze. Our host was in contact with us regarding all aspects of the rental.

The location gave perfect access to Old Town Chania. The unit was exactly as described and spotless. The spiral staircases added a challenge to the use of the three inside levels and to the balcony.

Fabulous location in the Old Town, just a few minutes walk to the ocean. From the top floor deck, ocean views in one direction and snow-capped mountains in the other. Tons of restaurants nearby. Dimosthenis was a most gracious and accommodating host. I would stay there again without question. You must like stairs, however. Like many Greek houses, Casa Sabbionara is built more vertically than horizontally. The house has 4 levels, and hence 3 flights of stairs. Bottom line, we were delighted with our stay.

Casa Sabbionara is the perfect place to relax, and a great location in the heart of the Venetian Harbor. Our host recommended some great restaurants and places to visit. The house is incredible - every floor just gets more amazing. The fourth floor has a wonderful view of the sea, we spent many happy hours there.

Amazing Stay

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and we enjoyed it this time just as much as the first time. The location is fantastic and communication with Dimos is great! He would periodically check on us throughout our stay. Don’t hesitate book this place!

Can’t beat the location!

Loved this location, slightly away from the main tourist throng, but so close to the harbour and action. Great restaurants close by and the host was lovely, providing us with lots of recommendations for activities and restaurants. Location is exactly as pictured!

Very Comfortable Stay

The property is everything it is advertised to be, and more. It is very well facilitated and had everything we required, was very clean and well maintained. It is ideally located, being so close to the old harbour with great sea views.

Superb OlD Town Location Hania

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending 10 days in this unique villa close to parking and right next to the sea wall walk along the amazing harbour. Unparalleled acces to shopping and eating. Dino’s is a wonderful host.

Relaxing stay in Chania

An excellent comfortable house to stay in, at the quieter end of the Old Town. Our host, Dimos, was charming and very helpful, with our late arrival, parking and recommendations for good places to eat. The house is on 4 floors. The terrace at the top was a great place place to relax.

We loved it here! Couldn't have asked for better accommodation or a nicer, friendlier host! The house was exactly as pictured - very clean and cosy and had everything we needed - including a welcome bowl of fresh fruit and bottle of wine. The rooftop ocean-view terrace was the icing on the cake. It was ideal being on the "quiet side" of town, but just steps to fabulous restaurants and the stunning streets and alleyways of the old town. Dimos was an extremely gracious host, answering our questions, recommending places to go, and arranging airport pickup and drop-off. We hope to be back one day. Highly recommend.

We could not have picked a better property to enjoy Chania!

The home location is close to the harbor, restaurants, cafe's and shopping. There is plenty of parking around the home too. We loved the roof top deck and it was quiet at night. The owner, Dimos, was very helpful and always available to answer questions. We highly recommend this rental!

Great house in fab location!

We loved staying here. House is very well appointed and very comfortable. Townhouse over 3 floors with a fantastic roof terrace which has great views over the harbour and up to the mountains. Location is fantastic - right in the marina side of the harbour. Fab restaurants and beautiful chania old town right on the doorstep. Parking can be found close by in either car park or street. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect location!

Beautiful roof terrace, ideal location, quiet, comfortable, and a host who communicates very well. Would be happy to return. Stairs could present a challenge for some (36 between bedroom and bathroom), but the listing was completely transparent and it was not a problem for us.

Best Place right near the water front

We have been the Chania now twice. This place had the perfect location. Easy access to old town, restaurants, shops, beach. Easy check in. Very responsive host that greeted us with wine , raki, fruits and showed us how to use the apartment. The place was spotless with a housekeeper that came cleaned and restock towels! Beautiful view from the roof top. Checkout was a breeze. Highly reommend staying here.
