Great host, so helpful and accommodating as our arrival was a couple of hours before check in and he offered to let us in early. As well provided recommendations to local restaurants and had tourists maps available. Though it is an older apartment it is a good size and especially very well stocked. A great location to discover Murcia.

This apartment is much more welcoming in person than in the lead photo. It is spacious, very clean, and well-stocked. We appreciated soap in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great, and it was very convenient to be able to leave our car in the garage. The cleaning woman helped us with closing up the garage when we were ready to leave. She was wonderful and a superb job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness with this rental. We would stay here again.

Très bien

Vraiment très bien à tous points de vue . La situation est parfaite, à quelques minutes de tout ce qu’il y a à voir à Murcia. Le parking est un vrai plus. PS : nous avons laissé une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo pour les vacanciers suivants. Cela nous a manqué à l’arrivée (un dimanche avec les commerces fermés).

First time in Murcia

It was our first time in Murcia. The place was better than expected and we really enjoyed staying there. I recommend it highly.

CHARMING APARTMENT IN MURCIA CITY CENTRE

The apartment is 100% as you see on the website, fully equipped including dishwasher, Nespresso maker etc. comfortable beds and very well furnished in a personal way and spotlessly clean, would be good for a longer stay. It has a parking garage in the basement if you have a car (low access so no SUVs). Located right in the city centre with lots of good bars and restaurants, nearest 50m and 5 minutes walk to cathedral and the river. We were met by the owner Jose Manuel who was very helpfull. I cannot fault the stay and would return.
