Luxury apartment, with a very good orientation (cool during the summer) and located in a very quiet area, in a family building, with air conditioning, Smart TV -Netflix flat screen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave , reclining leather sofas, sheets and towels included, you can also include cot, high chair, baby bath.
Shaded parking, near Pool and Beach, near the promenade.
PS: The pool does not belong to the Building, it is in a restaurant close to 3 minutes walk and has an additional cost.

Comfortable apartment.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our 4 week stay.The host was helpful and kind, and responded quickly to messages.I will list some pros and cons.ProsThe beds were comfortable with warm duvets. The shower was good with adequate hot water.The heating was efficient on the few times we had to use it. The wifi had good speed and coverage.The south facing balcony was nice, in the sunshine.Location was excellent, only 3 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to restaurant with pool. (closed while we were there in January) 12 minutes walk to the port with restos. shops and bars or to the Saturday market.ConsThere is no Netflix tv unless you have your own personal Netflix account. Only one front door key provided. (as an aside, this type of door that locks behind you with no handle, spooks me)Only one reclining chair on balcony.The balcony door handles were broken.The apartment has been divided in the past and the dividing wall has poor soundproofing. There is a squealing noise when the water is run next door.The kitchen lacked a few items and it wasn't clear how the oven worked. (We didn't try the dishwasher, we successfully used the washer and tumble dryer.)

Alles was aanwezig en communicatie verliep heel makkelijk met de eigenaar, alle zat erbij wat er op de site stond, fijne omgeving zeer dichtbij het strand en de winkels. Raden deze lokatie zeker aan.

Situación perfecta muy cerca de playa , de supermercado,del puerto, apartamento amplio con todos los servicios, lavadora ,secadora lavavajillas pequeños electrodomésticos. WiFi. Todo bien excepto k las ventanas (ambas no cerraban)

Beanstandung der Wohnung Viktor, Santa Pola, Dolores 20

Leider war das Wasser am Gran Playa mindestens 3 Wochen sehr schmutzig im Wasser riesige Grasflächen und teilweise matschiger Sand, für Kurzstrecken kein Taxi zu bekommen, die Wohnung war nicht ruhig sondern an einer belebten Straße, in der Wohnung tags und nachts laute Geräusche durch eine Wasserpumpe unter der Wohnung, konnten mindestens 20 Tage keine Nacht schlafen und haben vom Vermieter auch keine Entschädigung erhalten, deutsches Fernsehprogramm funktionierte nicht, kleiner Laden in der Nähe hatte ab 29.09.24 geschlossen so dass wir mindestens 20 Minuten zu einem größeren Supermarkt laufen mussten, schleppe mal die Lebensmittel und Wasser so weit. Taxi für Kurzstrecken nicht zu bekommen, leider für uns ein schlechter Urlaub und nicht zu empfehlen das Restaurant mit Pool welches Viktor uns empfohlen hatte war auch bereits geschlossen.

Inimaginable la verdad apartamento super cómodo(la cama principal un poco mal) pero lo demás muy bien, a unos 50 metros de la playa . Recomendado 100%

Primero; no estuve en este apartamento xq después de reservar el propietario dice que el inquilino actual va a alargar la estancia y se nos ofrece otro similar en el mismo edificio, misma planta, "igual equipación". Aceptado y en la misma puerta nos dicen q falta el mando de la TV (en anuncio decía 2 TV) q nos descarguemos una aplicación. Lavavajillas si, ninguna pastilla. Ni un rollo de cocina o servilleta. Las toallas da la sensación que son las viejas o sobrantes de otro alojamiento. No hay cortinas... No proporciona factura. Nos remite a Vrbo.
